I was very excited by the website assertions of Muggen (especially 'med smör och kärlek' - with butter and love), so when a friend invited my partner and I to fika/frukost (morning tea or brunch) at Muggen on Götgatan on a Saturday morning, we looked forward to it. We do a lot of our own baking, and are very pleased... More

We visited for some lunch and found it to be a lovely cafe We ate the pulled pork sandwich which was excellent, very tasty. We followed this with some baked good, the pecan pie was delicious. I would say it was a little overpriced, we paid around 350 SEK for two sandwiches, cakes and drinks which even by Stockholm standards... More

Popped in for a lunch and coffee and was very happy with the service and food. I can recommend the salmon sandwich. The coffee wasn't exceptional but was in.

Though it was really expensive for what you got.Service was just not consistent. For what you paid you would expect a table service.

Had a hot drink and some sweets. Friendly, international staff. Cosy place. Free wifi with purchase. A few minutes away from the subway station at Slussen. Nice place to make time pass, feels a little "trendy". Stockholm prices, i.e. a little expensive.

Nice café with large and tasty salads, pastas and omelets for 10 to 12 euro per portion. This café is a good choice if you want a healthy lunch.

We met friends here for hot drinks and sweets. They fill one order at a time...so there was quite a line behind us before we were done, but the tea came in an enormous cup-and we were told you could request a refill of hot water. The hot chocolate was great, but the chocolate mousse bar was even better. There... More

Visited this cafe twice while I was in Stockholm. Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, great coffee and tasty cakes. The free jugs of water loaded with fruit were a nice touch.

This two-room restaurant is within a short walk from Slussen, a bit longer from Medborgarplatsen. You can pick from 3 or 4 dishes for about 10e each, which includes pop, bread and spreadable (butter, hummus, roe!). They also serve a selection of more traditional beers.
