A cosy Cracowian basement restaurant in Stockholm

I was surprised to find a truly Cracowian basement restaurant right here in Stockholm, complete with the good food, vodka, friendly staff and cosy atmosphere that I know so well from Poland, and from Cracow in particular. The staff gave us just the right attention, friendly and personal. Just don't... read more

The resraurant has an interesting interior. At the first impression evertyhing that you look seems to have a connection to Poland, but a closer look tells that not to be the case. The food is nice though and price-worthy. The staff are very friedly and do their best to accomodate you. To get a higher grade from me I would... More

One of my favourite restaurants in Stockholm. The restaurant upstairs is small and cozy. The atmosphere is really different and interesting, staff are friendly and jovial. Good polish beers, and the set meal is reasonably priced

Great service and very friendly staff. A cozy place, not like anything other I've been to. Food was good but you'd better like to try new things if you never tried polish food before. Don't miss out on this hidden pearl at Tegnergatan in Stockholm :)

We are occasional visitors to Cafe Piastowska - in fact, that is where my sambo and I had our first-ever date, but the reason we return there has nothing to do with sentimentality, and everything to do with amazing food and atmosphere and good service the place offers. The restaurant is tiny, so I recommend booking a table if you... More

This place is totally unique if you are in Stockholm. The interior is dark, cosy and peculiar. The restaurant serves traditional Polish food and Polish beer (has well-known brands Perla and Zywiec). You can get Schnitzel, sauerkraut, entrecote and delicious desserts. No one will be left untouched by this. A few people hate it, most people love it. There is... More
