The food is very good, specially the S.O.S starter and the meatballs. The plates are big, so, if you are a couple, this two plates are enough. The staff is not the nicest in town.

In Stockholm it can be notoriously difficult to find authentic Swedish cuisine. So this was recommended to me and if definitely worth the visit. Very dim with a 1930's style décor but the food was magical. I had the köttbullar med gräddsås (meatballs with cream sauce) and my partner had ren (reindeer), I had a little of his and it... More

Surely the best food in Sweden ? Lovely restaurant , tastefully decorated and very friendly staff. I had trout which came with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables and a delicious sauce, my partner had reindeer which he said was melt in the mouth delicious !!

Food is very good well as the location. A little bit expensive especially if you order a bottle of wine.. The staff is not so friendly !

Our large family had a great time! Great service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, authentic food. Loved the old, historic, large dining room.

This is a traditional Swedish beer hall that offers a wonderful selection of local fare. Great space, friendly service and delicious food. If you have to choose just one place to dine in Stockholm, Pelikan should be near the top of the list.

Horrible... The service was dismal. My dish was disgusting and I was sick all night. In addition, during the payment, it is left behind with our credit card, I had to follow him to the kitchen to be sure they do not defraud credit card.

We visited an American friend who now lives in Stockholm and offered to take her to dinner at any restaurant she chose. She chose Pelikan because it had the tastiest and most authentically Swedish food of any restaurant she knew. By the end of the meal, we knew she had made a great choice. The Swedish meatballs and the fish... More
