I recently took some family Members for dinner here and sought a reservation for 7.30 however ,as we were a large group they indicated that we had to come at 5.30 however when leaving at 8.15 the place was only half full. the food presentation and ingredients are first rate, however some ingredients so tiny that they were hardly noticeable.... It doesn't matter how long the explanation is for every dish or what 'innovation' people are made to think the dish has been through, if I can't taste it then what's the point? Frankly the food is nothing special if one has been eating at the sushi bars in Japan and elsewhere, where chefs don't claim to be quite as... More

Great place to go for an inventive and imaginative sushi. They will give you varieties that you never thought about yourself and they also think about the fish, only using green listed fish. They also have hot dishes which I personally never tried. I've visited several times

Possibly the best sushi in Sweden. Both tasty and beautifully presented. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Good that it is possible to order take away. A fairly large selection of different sushi.

A great hybride between the japanese and the swedish kitchen. We had a mix plate of sushi and some japas, japanese version of tapas. Tasted delicious. The service was good. A bonus is that they have an old Nintendo 8-bit by the toilet so you don´t have to get bored waiting for the toilet or your take-away food.

High quality sushi with a twist. Only had take-away, but the place looks nice too. This is one of the most eco-friendly sushi places in Malmö, just don't eat the big prawns, as always. This place is however a bit expensive

This is the second trip i have made to saiko with my girlfriend and both times the staff has been inviting the atmosphere nice and fun. I love the flat screen in the waiting area with a nintendo and mario playing. The chefs are very knowledgable and make a great fusion with asian and modern cuisine.

It was a bit pricey but i would say the experience is well worth it. We ordered the 15-pieces sushi set, oysters, scallops and two miso soups. The total came up to SEK535. The dishes itself were inventive and creative, with a Swedish twist to traditional japanese fare. The chef & waiter took pains to explain to us (in English)... More

A great creative and delicious approach to sushi. We opted for take out, which is not always optimal, but we're pleased nonetheless. Presentation was great, food was ready when promised and taste surprises were a delight to the tongue.

The restaurant is really petite and a nice place to eat. The sushi is very imaginative and different. The only thing to note is that some sushi is made with meat, so if you're not a meat eater and order a mix plate be sure to mention you only want fish. The 'other' dishes are ok, but the sushi is...
