I was very positively surprised by this restaurant. Since it had 'cafe' in the name, I didn't expect much, but found perfectly prepared food, very tasty and beautifully composed. Great wines, nice atmosphere and all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely return soon.

We had seen this Cafe listed in our guide book as a place to go to for lunch or dinner. We went over there to try and see the church with the stairs on the outside of the steeple but missed the chance to climb so we decided since we were in the neighborhood we'd stop in for late lunch.... More

We struck out from meetings at the nearby Eigtveds Pakhus in Christianhaven and were very glad we found ourselves at Cafe Wilder. The menu was focused and all three members of our dining party thought the food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with friendly service. Two of us had the special of Danish meatloaf which was wrapped... More

We just had a fabulous meal in cafe wilder. Great service, great food and lovely intimate atmosphere. Mix of tourists and locals given equally warm welcome. The cafe is situated in the very cool christianhaven which is obviously up and coming and just out the city centre so not premium prices and definitely worth the money!

We stopped in for lunch on a cold and windy day and we weren't disappointed. We both had the Jerusalem artichoke soup with herb oil, which was to die for. Also split a cheese board, which had a fine selection of cheeses and what looked to be hand made crackers. Such a cute little room, that was still busy after... More

This is quite a nice little cafe situated close to Christiania. It had a variety of food, local dishes like Smorrebrod but also things like a goat's cheese salad. There was nothing wrong with the food, it was just average. This cafe was quite reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.

The food is delicious and they can cater well for vegetarians. Our child made some mess, but the waitress was professional and friendly, so any embarrassment was avoided. A good place for coffee or food. Especially brunch.

Maybe its just me, but i have several times visited this place, and never found the old atmosphere i used to like. In the old days, every one of importance used to visit this place. And you had to book a table if you wanted to eat. Today, well they are still popular, and runs a good kitchen, and are... More

We found this place on our first night in Copenhagen. I rarely eat hamburgers in the US so I figured, what the heck, I'm on vacation, give it a shot. Yum! The burger was big and tasty, the beer was a reward for a long flight and the service was warm and efficient.
