Super salads and sandwiches and good location for wandering, and for visiting Christiana afterwards.

I recently stayed in Christianshavn, a block from Cafe Wilder. We tried to get in twice for dinner without booking. A big mistake. Cafe Wilder is popular and justly so. The ambiance and the food are really good. The menu is limited but that translates into high quality food. There was no pressure to order more than we wanted; the... More

We went to this place to have dinner, and we were lucky to get a table, as there were a lot of people. Service was very friendly! We had the Wilderburger and the risotto- both were very nice. I would certainly recommend this place.

For me being new in town there's nothing better than getting away from the touristic spots and find places like this. Is going to be one of my favorite places to visit and bring family and friends. I found a little article on the Internet about places off the beaten path and we scored high!! The waiter was friendly and... More

This was a very cozy restaurant in Christanshavn with a nice menu, mainly made up of French dishes but with a couple of Danish items on the menu as well. Portions were quite hearty. I ended up eating the Moules appetizer and cheese plate for dessert. Since this place is small, make reservations ahead of time. Good value as well.

I was very positively surprised by this restaurant. Since it had 'cafe' in the name, I didn't expect much, but found perfectly prepared food, very tasty and beautifully composed. Great wines, nice atmosphere and all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely return soon.

We had seen this Cafe listed in our guide book as a place to go to for lunch or dinner. We went over there to try and see the church with the stairs on the outside of the steeple but missed the chance to climb so we decided since we were in the neighborhood we'd stop in for late lunch.... More

We struck out from meetings at the nearby Eigtveds Pakhus in Christianhaven and were very glad we found ourselves at Cafe Wilder. The menu was focused and all three members of our dining party thought the food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with friendly service. Two of us had the special of Danish meatloaf which was wrapped... More

We just had a fabulous meal in cafe wilder. Great service, great food and lovely intimate atmosphere. Mix of tourists and locals given equally warm welcome. The cafe is situated in the very cool christianhaven which is obviously up and coming and just out the city centre so not premium prices and definitely worth the money!
