If you want a selection of great beer and have it paired perfectly with your food this is the place to go. The restaurant is upstairs from the bar and served excellent food. A friend and I came back later in the night just to hang out in the bar and have some more beers. We sat outside and ended... More

When you enter there, you wonder if Danish people also have beers :-) The food in the restaurant is very nice, and quite interesting dishes with beer to cook the meat, or in the desert. The menu can be accompanied by a beer menu. That's maybe something less interesting as the match between the meal and the beer is not... More

Good food, great beers, disappointing service. The waiter seemed like he didn't want to work that night. We waited 45 minutes for the starters, entrees was faster but when we requested the bill that came with lightning speed as if he couldn't wait to have an empty restaurant. I do recommend it for the food but find another waiter.

Had at set 3-menu dinner with matching beer, for a group of 15 persons. The service was great, they presented the food and beer before every plate, the food came at the same time for all 15 persons, and they served us water and extra beer/drinks as we needed. Not every restaurant matches this for groups! The only (minor) drawback... More

Excellent food and all the beer you can dream of! Here's a challenge 4 you: see how many different Belgian beers you can drink in 1 night.. Certainly 1 of the best places 2 eat and drink in Copenhagen!

It would be easy to walk past the entranceway of this restaurant but that would be a serious mistake if you enjoy eating fabulous food with a matching beer for each course! Great Danish service, excellent beer knowledge, wonderful food with outstanding presentation, this place is tops, our favourite during our two weeks in Copenhagen! Highly recommended.

Sat here with some mates really enjoying a great range of beers from very helpful and friendly bar staff. Small and cosy room with a real buzz. Good place to go with friends. Food simple and well presented with good taste

I visited midweek with some colleagues, tempted by the selection of beers but still wanting something to eat. Quiet early, so we decided to eat in the bar as opposed to the restaurant. As it was not very busy we were given the opportunity to have the restaurant menu downstairs if we wanted it but chose instead to stick with... More

Great - mostly (only?) imported, and 50% belgian - beers at OK prices for Denmark. Pun-like simple setting but food was a nice surprise, the menu as well as the few other dishes are today (2013) typical "Modern (Nordic) cooking" - very delicious and very good value for money. Very, very noisy (most of those trappist beers are strong)

Fantastic food with brilliant beer and staff who know their stuff! This is truly a hidden gem in Copenhagen. The only critique is the dessert in the three course meal, unfortunately a bit too much on the heavy side, other that that: perfect!
