Based on our early memories and impressions, we reinterpret the way Danish food should be prepared. With great respect for the original French craft of cooking, and by using novel techniques, we prepare food that reflects true elegance, and at the same time - attention to details. Our kitchen has successfully accomplished its mission this year by achieving a star in the Michelin guide - a clear recognition of the hard work and high dedication of our staff. Our restaurant is located in a charming area of Copenhagen, where tradition and rejuvenation meet - a perfect match for the food we serve.

Excellent, amazing, memorable!

We ate in Kokkeriet last weekend, it was my girlfriend's birthday. The food was amazing- excellent quality, taste and served in a wonderful stylish way. There were many dishes, we lost track of them :) although it is a bit pricy, it's definitely worth it! The waiters were extremely professional... read more

Was lucky enough to eat here to celebrate a 21st birthday in the family - what an experience. It was without a doubt one of the best meals I've ever had: the food was sublime and the service so friendly. One thing I would say is make sure you arrive hungry and well-rested! We had the seven course menu but... More

Friendly and well informed staff help make this a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Food modern international well presented with some original ideas. We went a la carte, but the tasting menu was also tempting. However, £25, for a glass of champagne seemed excessive. There's mark up, and there's mark up! Overall an excellent meal for two with a glass of... More

We had the 18 course menu with a wine pairing, and on top of that ordered kaviar and champagne (yes, we were celebrating). I cannot tell which was better - the food, the wine or the service. All in all a great experience. The only thing I wish I could do differently would be listening to the advice of not... More

We recently visited as a group who were on business in Copenhagen. Straight from the minute we entered the restaurant the service and welcome approach was all wrong. First greeted not by a restaurant manager (As one did not seen to be on duty) but a table waitress. Secondly no acknowledgment of who they should direct their attention to in... More

First of all – we are extremely saddened that it is possible to write reviews in situations where it turns out so unjustified and inappropriate as in this one. So for all readers of this post – this is OUR side of the story. We had no opportunity to arrange this dinner any differently as we did not have any... More

The food here is great; no doubt about that. The service was that superb balance between friendly yet not overbearing, and it was lovely that various chefs came out to put the final touches to their respective dishes, whilst explaining to you what you were about to eat. A fantastic personalising effect, which definitely made me appreciate their efforts all... More

We had a very pleasant experience when we tasted the 5 courses menu+wine tasting very accurate choice of wines recommended by the "sommelier". The chef combined the basic ingredients og the Danish kitchen and turned them into a wonderful experience full of refinement and surprise. The choice of cheeses was surprisingly wide and the wines of high and accurate quality.... More

My friend and I enjoyed the most wonderful experience in this beautiful restaurant on a Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. We had contacted the manager prior to our visit to warn him of our dietary restrictions and he advised us that he would cater to our every whim. That is exactly what he and his amazing team did.... To celbrate my son's 21st so we were pushing the boat out. Not cheap but this is high end dining in Copenhagen. From the moment we arrived we were extremely well looked after and given plenty of time to consider our menu options over an aperitif. We chose the smaller of the tasting menus. Smaller is probably the wrong word... More
