Whilst struggling to find somewhere to eat (everything in Copenhagen was full on the Friday night), we chose Halifax after reading good reviews. On arrival we were told there was a 40 minute wait for a table, but as there is a small bar we decided to have a drink and wait.
The restaurant was very busy and seems popular...

The food is really good - great burger (even for vegetarians) and fun concept of constructing your own burger. I am definitely going back there to try the one with rösti. I know they take pride in having an enthusiastic staff and waiters but for me it's too much. The comments they give seem constructed and fake in some sort...

A pleasant surprise right in the neighborhood we were staying on our recent trip to Copenhagen Denmark. As good if not better burger than you'd find in the states. Great service, nice ambiance with a window table looking out on the activity in the "Triangle". Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
I've been to 3 of the 4 Halifaxs that I know of. The one at trianglen is the largest, but the one at Frederiksberg takes the pole in making one feel like one is sinning. It's right above a gym. The foods brilliant. I love the food. It could do some more in terms of creating an ambience.
We went to Halifax for burgers because we read good reviews about it and I can tell you that we got what we expected. The menu has several options so it should not be a problem for anybody to find something good. I chose Biarritz and it was spot on, so I ordered it again when we went back for...

I went to the Halifax burger restaurant in Østerbro (Trianglen 1, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark).
The place seems to be fairly new, not very fancy on the outside (I never realized it was there nor really paid attention) but super cosy inside. It really feels like a good traditional burger place and is much bigger than the other restaurants of the...

Several variations on specialty gourmet handburgers, with good beer. You order following a sort of formula, first the kind of burger, then the kind of filling (beef, chicken or veggie patty), then kind of bread (white or darker), then side item (e.g., nachos, potato wedges), then a sauce for dipping (e.g. chipotle, aoli, remoulade)...I like this place a lot.
Don't come here if you don't want to eat a burger!! The only thing on the menu is burgers. There is 2 vegetarian patty options though, so it is definitely vegetarian-friendly. The size of the meals is big, with big burgers. Fresh vegetables on the burgers and home-made buns. The service was ok, nothing special. They do have English menus....

This is a small danish burger chain where you can compose your own burger. You chose the type of meat, bread, veggies etc and the result is quite nice in a relax atmosphere. The only downsize is that you cannot book a table.
