Wow

Wow I could not fault this restaurant, their went so far out of their way to fit in with our changed circumstances and gave us a superb dining experience. First rate and worth the cost.

We ate here as part of a gastro tour of the Copenhagen restaurant scene. This was our most disappointing visit. Each dish let us down. None of the glorious flavor dazzle of Amass or Relae. I am not sure what the Michelin people were thinking when they awarded the two stars. The wait-staff was impersonal and smug, seemed to be... More

I found myself on my own for work in Copenhagen. Could not get into the famed Noma or Geranium, but had read great reviews re AOC so was excited. They were not phased that I was on my own. service was typically Danish I'd say - on the cooler side. I'm vegetarian and I appreciate this can be a struggle... More

This restaurant has been on my bucket list for a while now. Great atmosphere. We were served 10 appetizers before our tasting menu. Presentation of food was absolutely sublime. Service was fantastic, especially Johan was amazing. The reason for not rating it higher, is that in my opinion sometimes Nordic cuisine gets a bit too weired for my taste. But... More

Nice service interesting flavors and attentive staff. WAY TOO OVERPRICED!! Unless you don't know what to do with your money, save it for something else. All food is bite size (I mean single bite!) I ended up uncomfortably intoxicated because of wine pairings with too little food. I even declined the last wine pairing (they charged me for it anyway!)... More

I absolutely loved everything about AOC - from the warm greeting, the lovely service throughout the evening - and most of all of course: The lovely food and great wine. We had the full tasting menu - with the cheese supplement - and the wine menu 2. Everything was perfect and there we loved every dish - from the appetizers... More

We ate and drank for 6 hours... time flies by and You won't mind spending the money on this great Gourmet experience. The tasting menu is great and You won't be too full, so don't even think about those smaller menus. Feel free to slow or up the tempo on the dishes and reach out to the very helpful staff... More

So far the best Michelin restaurant we have visited. The menu for new year included 8 starters, all with a lot of flavor, perfect small and elegant sizes and the setup very decorative. On to the main courses, started with Oysters again in a very tastful arrangement. The lobster was fantastic, the baked onion just great, tempted, go for it,... More

I am actually sorry having to rate AOC. The atmosphere and the service is excellent, and particular the young waiter serving us was a darling and very professional. But I honestly don't get the food/value. The Emperors new cloths or food snobbery, I could pick many labels! The fact is that most of dishes wasn't tasty! Most food was cold... More
