It was very nice but, it was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE$$$$$$$$$$. Paid $550 for a dinner for two. The dinner is served in ULTRA petit courses. Ordered 7 of these, and all were just a VERY VERY SMALL piece...Left hungry and angry...

What a lovely evening with 4 wonderful appetisers followed by a fantastic 9 courses and matching wines. Possibly the best meal we have ever had. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and all of them enthusiasts in pushing boundaries. Everyone was having a great time ,staff and customers alike and we will return on our next visit.

Yes the food is amazing but I didn't find it a pleasant experience. The restaurant is in the vaulted cellar of a 17th century mansion, the vaults are amazing but it remains a basement with all the drawbacks : moldy smell, no lights, no views. Since there is no AC it was also uncomfortable hot. The food is spectacularly presented... More

. . . as we were served one delicious, beautiful dish after another. Each new offering was more intriguing, more scrumptious then the one before. The four of us, out for a special celebration, were completely taken off guard. The rooms, situated in a vaulted cellar, were simple yet elegant. Two academics, one editor, and one artist--all thrilled. The artist... More

Had a wonderful night here. Had the 7 course, and with all the appetizers you get, that is more than enough. I loved all the food except the cheese. We did not choose the wine package but ask for a bottle of champagne to accompanying the dinner. It was a good choice. The service was perfect! If you want a... More

I highly recommend the wine pairing here. It definitely gave you another side of the tasting since it changed the flavors of the food. My friend and I opted for the 6 course tasting which we ended up adding the cheese course as well... My two favorite dishes were the greens with the smoked egg yolk as well as the... More

If you like very good food and nice suprises then this is the right place to have a lovely dinner. Yes, it is not cheep but it is worth every kroner I left there. We took the nine dish menu. My husband took the juice menu and a port for desert, I had 4 glasses of wine during our dinner.... More

I was invited to AOC, without ever having heard about it - and was wondering, where I was lead to. To make it short - I was absolutely surprised by the interior, the personnel, the menu and the wines. One of the best restaurant visits I had in the last months. The menu is very short - and you don´t... More

My daughter had had her heart set on a meal at NOMA. But, she had seen that AOC was in the running so she made reservations for us. You enter from the street and go to the basement of a large vintage building. We were greeted warmly and led to our table in the middle of the restaurant. You have... More

We wined and dined at this excellently appointed restaurant. The chef/somalier is a genius of invention for interesting food and the simply perfect and sulime wine pairings.
