Have tried this place many years ago before it was even known and had got any Michelin stars. I think it was in 2006, I cannot choose this year, a bad thing on Trip Advisor (I have experienced that before, they have only the last year). It is the whole concept from the beginning until the end. It takes the... More

from the bread that looked like c flower centerpiece to the live shrimp and a potato you drink out of, this was a very interesting night. Culminated by a tour of the kitchen and the upstairs lab, we were all blown away. Very expensive but once you see the prep and how many chefs it takes you will understand. Lots... More

Very innovative combining lot of Nordic flavours and herbs. Service very good and wine very good quality. A extra star for the focus on creating new and innovative food. Given the price not sure I would come back but definately an interesting experience.

Noma has been elected best restaurant of the world for several years. It deserves it and more. The price is high but totally worth it since it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It's about the whole experience, not only the spectacular food... If you have the opportunity, do not miss it, you won't regret it.

If you like Haute Couture and would spend what it takes to wear a unique design, then Noma may be the place for you. If you would rather buy clothes ready to wear, that fits well and cost a fraction - Noma may not be the place for you. I guess most people go there not for the food but... More

You might have heard of this place. ET and I braved the booking process ("any Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday" - we went on a Wednesday) and found ourselves hungover and trying to cross an unfinished bridge to Noma. It's a great spot - the area has a kind of 'end of the earth' feel - and it is a... More
