The write-ups that Chef René Redzepi uses all local ingredients, including some very unusual ones, is all true. The food is fresh and light overall, such that 20 courses leaves you satisfied but not at all overly full. The creativity of the food is what truly stands out...not only are the ingredients unusual (in and of themselves, and in combination)... More

A friend of mine was living in Copenhagen and I booked my flight to visit him the moment he told me he managed to get a table at the Noma ! As you probably know the Noma, considered as one of the best restaurant in the world, is doing molecular food. There is no menu, if you eat at the... More

We were having lunch there and it was marvellous. As usual with such diners I was looking for an inspiration and found many of them. They only use nordic stuff and they mean it so if have no lemons take ants which taste like lemons. If you are into such stuff noma is the perfect place for you. Since you... More

I was visiting Copenhagen for a conference so I booked Noma in advance after reading about it. I went with some friends. It's on the pricey side as you would expect for the worlds number 1 restaurant but I have to say it is well worth it! The food was a-mazing and beautiful, delicious and fantastic, cannot praise it high... More

Absolutely superb evening at Noma.... Exceptional service, lovely atmosphere and fabulous food. A real treat, and thoroughly recommended - can safely confirm this is the number 1 restaurant in the world!

Went there for my 50th with my wife and son. To be honest I'd put all my eggs in one basket, by forgoing a party & visiting Noma and having a two week Danish holiday(how many things can go wrong !!!). All I can say it was one one of the best decisions of my life. Denmark is a great... More

so much talk about WHO's the best in town, or the World. I don't believe in these kind of rating. I will tell you though that after been spending more than 20 years eating, mostly around Europe, that noma is my personal favorite.

Noma executed dinner perfectly- food, wine, service and overall ambiance. We had a long dinner close to 5 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. We choose to order out of the wine list instead of the wine pairing. There were 4 of us and we really enjoyed the champagne and un-orthodox wine list including regions like Jura and red... More

Reading some reviews opinions are a little mixed but all I can say is this is the worlds best restaurant for a reason!!! The food as expected was amazing but may not be for the faint hearted! I loved the 'fast courses' which people seem to have a grumble about but you would never fit the meal in on one... More

I've been fortunate enough to eat in lots of excellent restaurants, and Noma is the singularly most impressive culinary experience I have ever had. The superlatives and the accolades are all justified. Every course was beautiful, stunningly creative and, most importantly, delicious. The matching wine flight is very strongly recommended. The service is impeccable and makes almost every other three-Michelin... More
