Little Bugger!

What a taste journey but the attention could be toned down after several courses. The staff and amount of Chefs was amazing. Everyone knew their stuff about the history and purpose of the food served and the wine pairing. The dislikes was at times I wanted to just eat with my guests and not hear... read more

Entering the restaurant you are welcomed by the whole service and kitchen team - and they have a big team! From the first minute you feel very comfortable. It is very easy talking to the waiters and they are willing to tell you all stories around your restaurants - and they have many stories to tell! Food of course is... More

We feel very fortunate to have eaten at Noma and enjoyed the experience immensely but I would describe this as more of a tourist experience than a dining experience. It was quite a spectacle to be greeted in such a lavish fashion upon arrival, followed by an educational gastronomic journey. The flavours, service and presentation were as one would expect... More

I was very lucky to get a spot at noma as a solo diner from a last minute cancellation. noma v Geranium Food: portion at noma is slightly more generous than Geranium, but there are fewer dishes. Taste cannot be faulted at either restaurants. Juice Pairing: Geranium serves 8 juices for 600dkk, noma serves 5 for 700dkk. The combinations served... More

Truly amazing, even better than what I expected! I thought the food would be very experimental and maybe compromise the taste but I have never had so good flavors.

This restaurant is only for those who appreciate the experimental kitchen, the one that experiment with flavours, textures and taste. If this is not for you, then you shouldnt come to Noma, regardless off the fact that the restaurant has won Best in the world, more than once. Its not a place where you get traditional food, nor is it... More

Noma has been top of my food bucket list and didn't disappoint. It was not only the food adventure, but the staff. The most memorable moment of the evening was the welcome - when you walk through the door, if you were slightly asleep, you're shocked out of your socks at the yell of "Hello!!" from around a dozen staff... Food very good but: 1) the wine pairing menu does not match individual wines to courses – we had approx. 3 courses to each different wine; 2) service was good but we felt rushed (no time between dishes); 3) nasty shock when bill arrived & we’d been charged for water, welcome champagne, coffee, digestive all of which we assumed would... Excellent service and food presentation was unique combined with simple but complex flavors and ingredients. The World's Best rankings will be coming up in June, so hope they can repeat as #1!!!
