... and you need to embark on that, or you'll be disappointed. You're not supposed to get fed up and leave; Rene Redzepi and his team want to prove a point to you, want you to come into their culinary world, in which seemingly limitless creativity meets the strong guidelines of the Nordic kitchen manifesto. And it's a huge pleasure,... More

This is not the best meal I ever had, but for sure one of the most exiting ones. The service is nothing but perfect - well balanced between explanatory and ambient existing. The food is an adventure for your mouth, eyes and ears. Well worth a trip for anyone with food interest! Experience it!

Waiting on the website to make a booking was worth it. This was not just dinner but a taste adventure, orchestrated by a delightful and enthusiastic team. The many courses were very varied in texture, taste and presentation. The flavours were often unexpected. The wine "flight" on the whole was interesting although one or two could be mistaken for cider.... More

The Noma experience was incredible and one of a kind - very difficult to put into words. The food was innovative, futuristic and completely unique. We were served food, plants and insects we did not know could be eaten and experienced new tastes, everything was delicious. 20 small servings, one more amazing than the other. The service was perfection -... More

Dinner with friends in the private dining room. I don't think I even have words to do justice to the experience. It will remain, likely forever, simply the best culinary experience of my life. The feeling was unanimous amongst us all. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was done with an eye to detail and... More

Without any doubt what so ever the most perfect culinary, dining, artistic experience ever had. The smallest attention to detail imaginable to create an entire sensory world.

Innovative, amazing food. The interesting thing is their choice of ingredients where they often opt for ordinary stuff - which they cook to perfection - rather than taking a short cut using classical luxury food that anyone can cook nicely. It wasn't very pricey either considering the bang you got for your bucks!

My wife and I learned about the restaurant from a friend and booked a private table several months in advance. The building on the outside doesn't do the place justice, but from the first step into the restaurant your experience begins. The friendly staff all greet you in a group and make you feel so welcome. You must keep an... More

It was truly by chance that we got to have this truly memorable dinner at NOMA where bookings are made very very months in advance. We only had one night and NOMA was re-opening that night and we queued online to make the booking - waiting number 645! After 45 mins of waiting we got it!!!! We were greeted like... More
