I realise Noma Tokyo is a temporary restaurant, but their food really deserve its own review, as the same menu will NOT be found again after they close in February 2015. Sad! So enjoy the photos and I can assure you, having been fortunate to have dined at Noma Copenhagen and Tokyo, the food was different and excellent at both... More

The quality of the ingredients, the accuracy how they are plated, the way how they are explained and also who explain them to you: Chefs, waiters, managers everyone is involved in this amazing and yet unique gastronomic game of flavour and experimentation. I'm just speechless. Best culinary experience so far. J.B.

It has taken me a while to write this review. We went there for our daughter's birthday. Whilst the dishes where interesting and unusual I can't say that they tasted amazing. Unfortunately the waiter managed to spill one of the dishes on me when he served it which didn't help. It was an interesting experience but not the best food... More

Visiting Noma was the purpose of our visit to Copenhagen this time and definitely worth it. We were able to get table for the Friday lunch. Lunch and dinner have the same menu here. We started with house champagne which was wonderful and about the first 10 courses were served with the champagne. After that the portion sizes got somewhat... More

We spent about 5 hours here doing the degustation and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone knows the food is excellent. Creative and delicious. But the theatre of it all makes it a really special experience. The staff are superb and present every dish with flair and energy. I've got to admit I'm a touch fussy, and some of the dishes were... It was not easy to get a reservation but we finally got one after several attempts. I must say that you pay for the experience which was quite exquisite! Lunch lasted almost four hours and it included several petite courses! We experienced different tastes and textures...all with a nordic flair! It surely was an experience we will remember for a... We went with a group of 8 friends. Of course like everyone else we had very high expectations. Noma didn't disappoint - the food was exciting, fun, and fascinating - everything you would hope for. The service was fantastic - we enjoyed being presented the dishes by the chefs themselves and engaging with them. We also asked for a tour... More

I have been fortunately enough to have enjoyed NOMA more than 8 times and I have never been disappointed! Each bite is like having a party in my mouth. I prefer dinner at Noma, but it can be difficult to get a reservation and than the lunch would be better than nothing! It is not that the menu is much... More
