A perfect dinning experience with the management group

I have visited Le Sommelier several time with my company, clients, etc. High-end dinning with fantastic food and an extraordinary wine chart. Service is good and Staff always help, especially when it come to the wine selection.

Had never heard about Le Sommelier until I was taken there by a friend just recently. A thoroughly pleasant surprise of lovely food, great prices, wonderful wine list and low-key nice staff. Against all common sense I ordered the menu of the day because I couldn't resist a single part of it. And I wasn't disappointed about a thing. The... More

Went there with a big group, and we got a set 3 course menu. Normally im not into set menus, as I can be a little picky. First impression of the restaurant was good. Nice location and nice dinner rooms. Waiters made me feel welcome straight from i stepped in the door. The whole menu we were served was exellent.... More

Chose the open lunch menu for 295 kr. Consisting of monkfish with a clam bisque, and second course: baked venison with froi gras, pickled cherries and mushrooms. perfectly balanced and ekstremely tasty. Wine was in the up end price, but very good. service polite and very observant to your needs. all in all a perfect experience

Went there with a party of 8 on Dec 2. We had the Christmas dinner and the wine menu. The food was very tasty and well presented on the plates. The waitress was very knowledgeable and introduced both the food and wine. The accompanying wines were well chosen and not necessarily a safe choice - we tried something new.

I had a great present for my birthday from my son and his girlfriend, dinner at Le Sommelier, a french chef, Francis Cardenau, former chef at 2 star Michelin restaurant Kommandaten. This is only french cuisine and a awesome winelist. We all went a la carte, oysters , scallops, fish bisque, panfried foie gras, beef tenderloin , quail on toast... More

What more are you looking for? Come to Le Sommelier for a great experience with a huge selection of wine, cozy surrounding and good food & service (waiters with lots of knowledge about wine). Portions were a bit small, but with 3-4 courses you will be full. My favourites were oysters for starter and veel rib-eye for main course. The... More

We ended up at Le Sommelier after a booking problem with their partner MASH, but Le Sommelier is a good alternative for an excellent meal. The restaurant itself is not my choice of style, but the service is professional and the food is first class. The winelist is scary with 1100-1200 wines and prices ranging from expensive to really expensive.... More
