A large selection

A great bar for random ales. A small cosy atmosphere with very friendly staff. Can get quite busy so will have to bring your hawk eye in order to grab a table.

Very small, cozy place. Very hard to get a seat as it quickly stocks upp with people. Make sure to try the smoked almonds! A great way to try new beers and meet new friends!

It's small and often impossible to get a seat, and I've heard some American tourists speak scathing of the décor. The beer is diverse, not so expensive, and they play good music (although not that loud). Filled with young professionals, and half the bar are usually speaking English (or other international languages). A good springboard to Fermentoren. Don't come here... More

A great small basement bar serving Mikkeller beers in casks. During our visit the place was really full (Satuday 10PM) and there wasn't much room to stand. Due to the amount of people it also got really hot there which is no surprise though. The good thing was that surprisingly, you got served quite fast (ordering happens at the bar... More

A great little bar serving Mikkeller beers and other brews. A good atmosphere and a fantastic choice of beers. Seating is available inside but it's not very big. There's a great restaurant at the end of the road (turn right as you come out of the bar) and there is another Mikkeller place called Warpigs in the old meat packing... More

Small basement bar based on craft brew beer in casks. Tiny place served by a small bar. Friendly bar staff. All the beers written up on the board and most very strong. I think there's also some tasting notes written down but I didn't get to them. Great range from pale ales to porters and stouts and also some ciders.... More

Managed to visit this place a couple of times while it was quiet - it's quite small. Very helpful staff assisted with beer choice and some excellent beers sampled. Also tried to call in on the Saturday night on our way to a nearby restaurant but it was mobbed.

This was a must-stop for my beer loving boyfriend. The bar is located below street level and is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The interior is cozy and features a tremendous selection of draft beers, which can be ordered in small and large sizes. The bar only offers a couple snacks, but service is friendly. Great... More

Cozy brewpub, ideal for a winter's eve. Pared down design is easy on the eye and the in-house craft beers are certainly easy on the palette. Staff very knowledgeable and happy to help with your selection. Great addition to the Norrebro night scene.

Very cozy bar with a great selection of beers. Tucked away downstairs, this little gem of a pub is a must for visitors to Copenhagen. Various beers on offer with differing strengths!! We spend a couple of hours here just chilling out. Great place!

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
