Fantastic gluten free bread and desserts. Everything is made from scratch. The prices are far below other Copenhagen prices.

It's a very cute bakery and it has many desert and meal opportunities, it's also legit for an ordinary lunch or a 5 tea event for the price :)

On the way to Tivoli Gardens, my husband and I were surprised to find an Andersen Bakery in front of the Copenhagen Central Station. (The bakery is not only near Tivoli, it and the Nimb Cafe are part of Tivoli Gardens. ) We were appreciative of the opportunity to buy one of the fine offerings, but we were more appreciative... This is a must. After reading reviews decided to stop for lunch here to try their hot dogs - delicious! Felt it was necessary to also try one of the delicious cakes. Highly recommended!

I think Andersen bakery is the best place to try traditional Danish breakfast. Wide range of pastry, you can also choose other types of breakfast. Staff is nice and friendly. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to all my friend who is going to visit Copenhagen.

I have celiac disease and often google "gluten free [insert random city]" to see how little there is in the way of gluten free offerings, but I was not disappointed in Copenhagen or Andersen. It's a lovely space across from Tivoli with fresh... More

Came here twice during a weekend break as it looked too tempting to resist. Chai latte was the best I have ever had and the sandwiches were fresh and cakes delicious. Prices very reasonable and great central location.

On the suggestion of the concierge at our hotel we went to Andersen Bakery for breakfast. The bakery component was fantastic - beautiful un-fussy and delicious pastries and bread. Everything we had was great, and everything we didn't pick looked just as good. A great spot for a quick breakfast or to pick up some food to take on the... More
