We have been at this lovely restaurant for lunch and we are very happy with it. Service is great - the waiter (owner?) is very friendly and attemptive, the menu is both in Danish and English. The lunch offer is very good. We had the club sandwiches (they have it both with chicken and with salmon) and it was delicious... More

We had already checked out on Trip advisor the local restaurants near our apartment in Copenhagen before ever leaving Florida. So our first night we knew we would stroll to eat at this French restaurant based upon the reviews on line. It was late on a Sunday evening and we had been traveling for 24 hours so an amazing dining... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the food here, classic tastes done very well. Great value, the set menu featured great dishes at a fantastic price. The service was amiable and charming, checking if things were ok with the kitchen to accommodate an allergy and keeping glasses topped up. I'm just gutted that after a few days eating out I couldn't spend more. In... More

Great, interesting food, attentive and personable service, lovely ambience, a really good choice for a quality meal on our first night in Copenhagen. Couldn't have left more satisfied.

Brilliant chef (French), superb and interesting dishes. If you looking for a place to eat in Copenhagen, you could not find a higher quality. Thoroughly recommend this! Waiters were helpful, friendly, explained the dishes (in v good English), ambience mellow, and not pretentious at all. I have written only 2 or 3 reviews in as many years, on Tripadvisor.... This... Chose Degas as a result of searching TripAdvisor. It was a Monday night and empty so this may have contributed to our experience. Ambiance is nice, food was very good with many flavors working together. No other diners so the waiter seemed to "hover" a bit. Reasonably priced, good sized portions.

Excellent French food, and the servers explain what is being offered. Nice, friendly atmosphere and ambiance, and overall experience. All selections of fantastic quality; fish soup is just like they serve it on Cote-d-Azur. Highly recommended!

We'll as a traveler mainly from a business perspective one of the key things is getting away from work and just getting something to eat after work. Yes there are a lots of fast food (restaurants) and kebab places. We'll lets take this into consideration, a fast food restaurant where the food is washed down with the commercial beverage and... This romantic, stylish and very nice location and the sympathic and very attentive staff and - before all - excellent food made our dinner stay unforgettable. The 3 course menu was worth every penny, not to forget the great wine recommendations we followed all the way along. Will certainly come back!
