This one is run by a Sardar family and thus the food is authentic Indian or at least the closest you can get in Scandinavia.

We ate there twice. The food was great. Really. Even the price was OK, 99 Dkk (which is like 13 euro or 18 usd) for a nice buffet . but, at our second time we found out that they charged us extra 30 Dkk (5.5 usd) for water. Just tap water. Come on guys... it is not fair. We left... More

The place is easy to find and the atmosphere is really Indian authentic. Buffet food is nice, some meals are too spicy-mind that if you buy a buffet. Service is good, employees are kind.

I had visited this place almost daily for dinner during my stay in Copenhagen. The food is good when you compare with the Indian food you get from fast food and kebab centers in Copenhagen. I like most is the mango lassi and the mutton curry they offered. Some staff are friendly where as some are very cold and takes... More

Went to this place after reading the reviews here, and that's the dumbest thing i've ever done! This really was the worst butter chicken i've ever eaten! It was a horrible looking and tasting dish. You can make much better at home in the micro. Avoid at all cost! The staff was rude and not at all interested in giving... More

For what they charge, their buffet is a decent value. Do not expect much in the way of service if you do not order al a cart. They even charge heftily for tap water, so order beer! Choose your drinks wisely! They gave us a pitcher of water with four glasses and there was a charge! But that is how... More

For us Indians ,at an eatery, it's taste that really matters, ambience, service etc., can wait! True to it , has a great buffet spread , with a homely atmosphere. The ladies loo gets stuck and had to be opened from outside on banging. The statue of Mahatma Gandhi next to a beer tap was also in poor taste.

We were turned down by a snobbish Japanese restaurant several metres away and had to seek elsewhere for dinner and stumbled upon Deep. We gave Deep a chance to fill up our rumbling tummies and we are so happy with their good service and authentic food and service! We got there 9.10pm for their modest, affordable buffet spread. Although the... More

Having had 2 disappointing meals over the first 2 days on our business trip in Copenhagen, I did a search on Tripadvisor & saw that Deep India was the number 1 related Indian restaurant in CPH. I made a reservation for 8 over the phone. When we arrived our reserved table was nicely laid with 2 baskets of poppadoms &... More
