What a gorgeous cafe! With bookshelves lining the walls, partitioning the cafe into different sections, Paludan's was a nice place to chill out and have a nice cup of coffee (although they also serve a mean cup of Chai latte!). The food was fresh and delish!

Paludan is the best place to take a break and enjoy a meal or just a double espresso by the bookshelves.

Paludan is a favourite student haunt, but not just students, all ages frequent the place and no-one is out of place. It can be very busy, but the food is freshly cooked and service is relaxed and friendly. Plenty of vegetarian choice and the portions are generous. A variety of games can be played (we saw backgammon and Risk) and... More

When I saw the Paludan the first time, I was convinced it was a antique book store of some sorts. How amazed I was when I discovered it's a dinning place set in a classy bookstore. The Interrior is beautiful, and with the proper light compositions it feels very cozy. Good place to meet with friends, and discuss various topics.... More

Went for breskfast and it was nice. A bit pricy but the fruit was fresh and the toast full of stuff. A lot of people just sit and study. Go if you want to relax for a couple of hours.

This is a great place to have a lunch or dinner-- we had both a dinner and a breakfast-- the dinner was more fun-- it was filled with people, mostly locals. You just find yourself a table in one of the many rooms, then go to the counter to order and pay, and they will find you with your food.... More
