The Nyhavn area is a lovely area to sit and soak the atmosphere of Copenhagen. We visited twice due to the good value, great service and lovely outdoor setting. You can also sit inside and this looked lovely with the candlelit setting. We had the fish and chips basic - yes - but tasty and good value for 98k. There were... More

This was my absolute favorite meal of our vacation. I had the special which was a poached monk fish with lobster in a wonderful butter sauce. I would be sure to return. The service was not the greatest, but the food made up for that issue.

I was in Copenhagen for a conference and went there for lunch. Nice table by the canal. I opted for the oysters to start. Wonderfully fresh with a tart shallot vinaigrette. I went for the crabmeat salad for main and I have to say it wasn't what I expected. I was presented with a plate of mayonnaise dressed crab and... More

A bit interesting serving chips with a starter but we were all hungry so didn't complain.... Wine lovely & main courses gorgeous, we had a party of 5 & we all loved... More

Worst meal we ate in Copenhagen. It wasn't terrible - just terribly overpriced for what you get. Felt like a tourist trap. (I have a feeling that's the case for all of the restaurants along the canal in Nyhavn). For the moules frites the mussels were shriveled and tiny, and there was only a bit of broth, at the very... We liked the look of the menu, which was the main reason for eating here, they do a lovely fish and chips in a wooden box, novel and excellent quality, on our first visit we had a window seat which was lovely, but on the second visit the restaurant was nearly full and we were put between to other guest,... Located in the New Harbour district of Copenhagen, this restaurant is a must. . The restaurant ambiance could not be improved upon. The service and staff were excellent. ( including the choice of wines ) The location and views could not be improved upon. And the food ( including seafood ) was just out of this world.. This is a... More

My daughter and I had a late lunch here after walking past many restaurants. Instanatly LOVED the ambience, just what we were looking for. I ordered mussels and frites, the mussels were large and fresh, I ate the lot, the sauce wasn't the best I'd ever had, but it did the trick and I was full and warm. My daughter... More

We were looking for a nice pint and food, glad we left after the pint. Poor service towards my girl on two occasions.

I was unimpressed by the quality of the food in relation to the prices. I ordered mussels and fish soup, and thought the fish soup was mediocre but the mussels poor - the mussels themselves were too small and the sauce was bland. The price we paid was exorbitant, which I may have been more amenable to had the food... More
