Nice Lobster

Really nice lobster starter, it was a whole lobster, halved and dressed, plenty for four to share. My daughter, her boyfriend and my husband had steak as the main meal and were all very impressed with it. I had lamb and sausage cous cous, sausage was great, lamb was really fatty and not cooked... read more

We got the fish soup for starters and entrecôte and plaice for mains. The fish soup was ok, the entrecôte was well done (even though I asked for medium) but tasted well...but the plaice was the most bland fish we remember ever tasting! Service was a bit slow...and it's expensive, even by Danish standards

Even by the slow standards of European restaurants, being ignored for more than ten minutes after seating, with no offer of a menu or a glass of wine, was a bit too much to take. Despite the small crowd, they obviously had more business than they thought they needed. Instead, we went next door and had an excellent meal.

I went there with my family. This is a good resturant in old house. Service is so nice, food is great. We ordered mussels, oysters and plaits, very happy.

We went in to the restaurant with my colleague, yeah in this touris area, cause the better ones were full. The waiter did not know what is wheat beer. Wheat is not good for my colleague cause he is allergic to it. So we ended up getting wheat beers after all - despite several times asking for something else... The... More

I visited Copenhagen with my son and his family. One warm night we went out for a late night supper after 9:00pm. My one year old grandson decided to wake up and we were all hungry. The restaurant was very family friendly and we sat outside under a blanket and heater that took the chill out of the night, (it... More

We had lunch in this restaurant on a recent trip to Copenhagen. We ate outside and it was a pleasant experience watching the world go by in Nyhavn. My wife had smoked salmon and I had three types of herring. It was to die for. The service was good and the staff friendly. My son didn't fancy anything substantial and... More

We had dinner there as we arrived in Copenhagen. The location and decoration are nice, but the manager is not very friendly. The waiter that served us that night was however friendly, efficient and nice. The food is very expensive and quantities are almost not sufficient. The salmon plate was certainly pepared in advance, and the desserts looked industrial :... More

It was an Easter weekend, full sunshine and first warmth. So of course there was tons of turists out in CPH looking for a place to eat. Since the restaurant is located in the picturous Nyhavn one can only imagine the hords of hungry people - hungry for good fish as well as time in the sun. It took us... More
