Great outdoor eating.

Our tour guide recommended this restaurant to us. It was really good. We had lobster and hamburgers. Both were delicious. It was charming sitting outside by the canal. The service was excellent.

Amazing experience! It is located in the Nyhavn street in Copenhagen. The building has a very colorful history about sailors and happy ladies. But the food and the service were amazing! Highly recommend it.

After the cold canal ride, walked into this restaurant, what a good choice. The waitress spoke very good English and very friendly. I order the cap hunger, never had hamburger before, but it changed my mind, very tasty. Husband order the lamb, he loved so much. This restaurant also very detailed, lady has the prettier plates than man's :)

Excellent location in a very picturesque area of Copenhagen. I was there with a large group of about 30 and the service was very good. I had a plate of arugula salad, chicken salad, pickled herring, salmon, roast beef, and cheese which I put on their bread to make a traditional Danish open faced sandwich. The food was fresh and... Nice place to sit on a sunny day and enjoy danish smørrebrød and watch all the people passing by. Service is very good and friendly.

We'd been in Europe over a week. Walking by the row of restaurants in Nyhavn, this one caught our eye. What a delight! Cute restaurant, fabulous service, and wonderful food. We both enjoyed a glass of wine, and fresh, fresh Dover sole, fresh pea salsa, new potatoes, and great bread with creamy butter. Our waitress was simply charming and very... More

Tourist restaurant. Food average. Fish of day served over cooked for me and my husband's was good. I then changed my selection and it was promptly removed and replaced. Side of Potatoes, cold asked for fresh hot ones, still came back cold. Staff attentive and kind however over worked and too young to deal with busy time in this restaurant.... More

Recommended by a friend who travels to Copenhagen frequently, this is a waterside restaurant. We ate outside and, as is now the tradition here, blankets and a heater are provided as it gets cooler. The menu was not large but adequate and we went for the fixed price two course menu. The food was well presented and, although my venison... More

We really enjoyed our lunch at Cap Horn. The atmosphere sitting by the canal was great on a nice sunny day. We had traditional Danish Smorrebrod and schnapps. The waitress encouraged us to enjoy the experience and not rush to the next activity and as result had a memorable lunch.

Great food and view outside this typical Danish restaurant. Ask for local specialties. Top service and flexibel staff. The place to be in the harbor.
