We had lunch here during our stay and it was good. I tried a smorrebrod sampler for lunch and added the herring and it was all really good. The beers were cold and plentiful and the wait staff was present even with the outdoor seating full.

It is hard to find a restaurant in Nyhavn that isn't a tourist trap. Cap Horn does have lots of tourists but the food is pretty good and the service is friendly and warm. Everyone who works there seems to be really happy to interact with the customers. We weren't that hungry, so we ordered two starter, two glasses of... More

My partner and I visited this restaurant for a last meal before our trip ended. We went there at around 10pm and it was one of the only places still serving food in the harbour at this time. The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. We both went for the lamb and it was gorgeous. Perfectly cooked and the sauce... More

Cap Horn has very good, almost sophisticated food and ambience, for an honest price, inspite of being at probably the most turistic strech in Copenhagen. The service is also reasonable, expecially in a city that does not stand out for good restaurant service, maybe due to the lack of a tradition on tips. Locals don't tip as a rule of... More

We sat outside and had burgers one sunny September afternoon in Copenhagen. The food was okay, service pleasant but slow. We enjoyed the view and the street life, many pedestrians, boats, bicycles, in beautiful but touristy Nynhavn. This is close to a stop for the Hoho canal boat, and there are numerous restaurants along the canal. Great place for an... More

I was at Cap Horn at the beginning of September then it is possible to sit outdoors and see cannal and enjoy evening sun. Indoors are very narrow and dark but- as the building was built by king Christian - comprehendive. Not far from Nyhavn is Little Mermaid statue. I really appreciate possibilty to eat organic food, food was prepared... More

We loved the atmosphere here, and felt like we were transported back a few hundred years, yet very comfortable. It is in a very touristy area but once inside you feel like you are being well taken care of. My wife had the steak and I the lamb. She likes her stake medium, but this came back blue. and the... It is a typical touristic place, crowds of people and narrow place. However the service is very fast, the food is delicious, although the menu is poor. The wine selection is good.
