The best of Corfu

Been coming here for 15 years and the food is still the best. Great setting for lunch or an evening meal with a great atmosphere and a view to die for. Great fresh sea food and authentic Greek food with a twist.

Had a wonderful lunch here with 8 of us. Food and service were absolutely flawless and the specials were really delicious. We tried a wide array of food, from kebabs to seafood and it was all excellent. I strongly recommend eating here and avoiding the god awful place next door (Toula's).

I ate here several times during my visit in September. The food was, as always, first class: local, fresh produce cooked well. Even though it was the end of the season the restaurant was still busy which is testament to its quality and popularity. The service was exemplary; unobtrusive, efficient but friendly. Many of the waiters have worked here for... More

Good for afternoon drinks with a plate of fried anchovies, right on the beach with magnificent view. Good to come to by boat day or night. Busy at lunch and often booked out in the evening in Summer. Wifi and toilets are good.

We went here 3 years ago and we went back this year to see if it was still the same, it was, The food was excellant as was the staff, from the lad on the boat who comes to pick you up and take you back, to the waiting and cooking staff. All food was superbly prepared and very tasty,... More

The setting is spectacular - Agni Bay is the closest point to Albania. The restaurant is a bit difficult to find and down a steep road. Food is good but very expensive compared to other parts of Corfu . Fish was very good and fresh.

I am shocked to be writing this, about Taverna Agni, This restaurant is renowned for its superb food, and yes you do pay a premium for it. But its worth it. The food this week was brilliant, the crispy corguettes were as crispy as they were 15 years ago. So you ask why the terrible review. We were in a... More

The evening started with torrential down pours and ankle deep puddles on the run from the car park to the taverna!! Things only improved from this point onward. With a warm welcome from the staff at Taverna Agni we were shown to are seats and offered are menus. With such an appealing menu we were spoilt for choice and making... More

Booked for lunch and arrived by boat along with our family, restaurant really good and helped us all moor up. Food choices were as usual excellent, however our son had fish of the day which arrived (having chased it up twice) after everyone else had finished eating. Only downside as we were such a large group and we were paying... More
