A visit to Agni Bay should be a must for your Corfu visit. The bay is only 130 metres long but boasts a charming atmosphere for all kinds of visitors, be they boaties or casual travellers. The Taverna Agni has a great menu which should satisfy all tastes. The Seafood platter was my choice (nice to be able to have... More

we started coming here years ago, before the euro, when corfu was known for its value. and end up back there every time we visit the island, and the prices are now eye watering -on a par with in central London ! however, the staff are as friendly as ever, the boat is tied up for you , the house... Agni bay is a pretty spot about 30 kms north of Corfu town and a km or so south of the Agios Stefanos on the North East coast of Corfu, not to be confused with the Agios Stefanos on the West coast. There is little there apart from three restaurants, the Agni Taverna, Toula’s Seafood Restaurant and Nikolas’ Taverna, and... More

I have lost count of the number of times we have eaten here and the number of years. We visited three times this year whilst on holiday and, as always, the food, wine, service, ambience was as excellent as always. Little more expensive than your average taverna but, this is not tourist fodder for the masses and worth every penny........ More

Recommended by friends, we were picked up by the restaurant owners in Agios Stephanos and taken to the Taverna by speedboat. You quite literally land at a jetty, step off and take your seat at a table on the beach front. The bay is beautiful and the restaurant is in pole position under olive trees on the beach. The food... The owners offer to take you there and back by the boat, and waiting for dinner there's a beautiful view on the Agni bay to behold. There are three taverns in the bay and it's difficult to decide which one is the best! we liked especially local Corfiot dishes.

During a week's visit, I ate here 4 times. The food is delicious and the ambience wonderful. Everything on the menu is good and customers' needs are paramount. It has a fine reputation and deservedly so. By far the best of the tavernas in Agni.

We hired a boat for the day and ended up here because it looked so beautiful and inviting. The young man from the restaurant parked our little boat up for us and also helped us out when we left. We had courgettes in batter, lovely and chili cheese dip and pitta bread. The bill came to 12 euros including a... More
