Went here for breakfast a couple of times and sat in the back garden which is really pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful. I recommend the yoghurt and honey. Cheap and nice location. One of the best in Folegandros

If you are in Folegandros, this is the place to have your sunny breakfast or lunch! The food is so good, the people is so warm! I assure you will love it. And, in top of everything, the entire restaurant is a cool garden, and in front you have one of the most espectacular views in Folegandros.

We enjoyed our dinner at Pounda, the dishes was very testy and well presented, price is in the average of Folegandros. The garden is nice and the service is smart and informal (snooties could find that inappropriate). We went back for breakfast but it wasn’t memorable. Credit card is not accepted (annoying!). Advisable for a very pleasant dinner.

We came here for breakfast and liked it so much we came back again. I loved the simplicity of eating in the garden, then writing down what we want to eat and handing it to the waiter, who I think was the owner or the owner's son. The hands down best breakfast I had in a very long time was... More

We've been to the island and to Pounta many times, but our most recent trip was the best. We got off the bus, walked up the road, and sat down before even going to look for a room. That's the lovely relaxing effect Folegandros can have on a visitor! We ordered three dishes from the menu and loved them all... More

When entering into the garden of the restaurant you feel like you go 50-60 years back. The mood is great the food is also great, if you haven't been there you should try it , its very romantic and being a family business you get served by the owner Takis, who is a very polite and takes care of all... I remembered this place from 15 years ago when we visited Folegandros and it's still the same. Again we had breakfast in the lovely garden, sitting next to the low wall of an ancient cistern, surrounded by flowers. We had the same delicious breakfast: chunks of fresh fruit with Greek yogourt and drizzled with honey. There's a bonus too: the... More

During our 2 day stay in Folegandros...we ate here twice....delicious homemade food....our favourite was the crepe with yogurt and honey....the garden is stunning....and the food is served on beautiful placemats...reproductions by the artist owner and on beautiful ceramic pieces...also made by her. One of the highlights of our trip.....and you can buy the ceramic pieces and art work to take... More

Luckily this restaurant was just around the corner from our hotel. We spent 5 nights in Folegandros and had 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches in Pounda. Very peaceful setting. Good food. Can't ask for anything more.
