Decided with friends to visit Brillant on New Years Eve. It was dissapointing. Food was pretty average and staff took ages to serve. Maybe if I visited it on a normal day, it might have been better. Still, i dont think i ll visit it again.

We had been in greece for about 10 days and had our best dining experiences in very inexpensive Taverna's. Our entire experience was very good. Service quality presentation met all our expectations. Salad, goat and fish mains were excellent.

The chef shows that it's possible to transform Greek food into gastronomic food. The portions are quite big and it's not so refined as French gastronomy, but definitely worth a visit.

Yianni's Place was recommended to us by our bus rep. After our first night there we returned every night until our last day. The staff were very welcoming and by the time we left Crete, they had become friends. The food was superb and faultless and of very good value. Highly recommended
