A good restaurant in a quiet location.

Nice quiet location right in front of the harbor and almost next to the Porto Veneziano Hotel. Friendly staff and the food we ordered was all that we expected in a Greek restaurant. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was good. Lots of individual tastes with the different dishes... read more

The servers wee having trouble speaking English so probably that was the biggest issue because we asked for grilled fish thinking it would something fresh off the boat....I mean, what could go wrong? Instead we got a mountain of deep fried I don't know what it was....some of the smaller sardines or something were so cooked it was like greasy... More

This was the only restaurant in Crete where we were not happy with our meal. It was cold, tasteless and they brought the wrong food to our table twice. Their prices are on the higher side, you can find much better restaurants for a lower price and better location anywhere in Chania.

Turned left at Chania main harbour and eateries and walked down to the end a perfect place to watch the sunset by the old wall. Had a meal at the Antigon food was good much better than the main harbour and a lot more reasonable price

We paid EUR 72 for a meal for two which we regretted. Nice location, BUT: We had - a "fresh seafood" and yoghurt dip, which had supermarket reconstituted crab sticks in - a "cretan salad" which was big but with toast, a strange red sauce and a bland cheese - he pushed that on us although we ordered greek salad... Overpriced and not fresh fish or food! We went there as near our hotel and were very hungry. I barely ate the mixed fish grill we ordered - all clearly frozen and not fresh - fried. Expensive for the 25 euros we paid. Don't go here - worst food we had in crete - by far!

It was the first time that we eat there. 1- salad was not fresh and had bad smell, when we asked, they told us that the salad was on the fridge. 2- We ordered a fish for 2 persons, it was not so fresh, then without any tast. 3- they delayed about 55 min the fish

This restaurant although it's located in old harbor it's very amazing. Best seafood in harbor. I loved every dish. Friendly staff, quick service and with a very generous treat (1 bottle of tsikoudia, 2 portions of loukoumades (greek sweet), 2 portions of chalvas (greek sweet) and 1 big plate of fresh fruits). You should definitely try this amazing restaurant.

We stopped in for just a drink, and were gently lured for a long afternoon of indulgence and relaxation. It was 38 degrees but the sea breeze made everything very pleasant. Though we didn't try them, apparently it has a great reputation for desserts. Well placed for a walk out to the lighthouse.

Very friendly service and no pressure to eat at the restaurant unlike most others in this town. Great location in the quieter section of the harbour, with seating outside. Starters and desserts were good, but slightly let down by the main course. I think fish might be the best option. Some good elements but disappointing overall.
