Pleased with the quality and portion size.

Tasty, fresh, nice environment. Large portions. Great value. Nice setting but we took up to our rooftop view next door at the hotel Omari's. It was just what we were craving.

We visited the Noodle Bar for lunch on one of our 4 days in Athens. We were looking for a change from the same old Greek food. The Noodle Bar seemed busy the entire time we were there with tourists and locals alike. All the dishes we ordered were prepared fresh and on the spot. Everything was tasty, apporporiately portioned... More

Tourists have to pay for mineral water because no water is being served while others are being served with water. Slow and bad service. A lot of MSG.

We were craving something different after 5 days of just Greek food. So we walked into this place and to tell you the truth I was really scared to eat here because of all the reviews. We got this warm salad with peanut sauce on top of it. That was a good surprise to feel some spice after all those... More

Went here as very close to hotel and felt like Asian food after a lot of good but rich Greek food. While the food here is not spicy, it is plentiful, healthy and fresh. Having stir fried veg, noodles etc was quite a refeshing change. The value for money is excellent. Service is good and prompt. I think this place... More

this is not the best place to eat asian cuisine. the strong rich spicy flavours of the east are dramatically 'watered down' to suit the greek palate. not my cup of tea-prefer the real thing.

Our hotel was just 3 minutes' walk from the Noodle Bar. My Thai wife was craving Asian food and the fare at the Noodle Bar satisfied her. I too liked my dishes, though we were both upset that there was nothing hot in the kitchen to pep up the pretty bland food. As my wife is always telling me,

After a week of eating delicious Greek food in our travels across Greece, the four of us were ready for something different, namely Asian cuisine. We found the noodle bar on TA and although we saw mixed reviews we still decided to try it in order to satisfy our craving. We ordered an assortment of appetizers and noodle based main... More

I found them on Facebook and decided to visit them during my trip. But it wasn't a good idea. I've ordered a ramen with vegetables. It was so sour ... With rice noodles :/ ramen with rice noodles come on.. I don't recommend!

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Plaka
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
