- "To Trikyklo" (tricycle) is a cafeteria- tavern- bar, located next to the park of the Lambrakis hill, at the pedestrian of Pytheou str., in a renovated two-floor stone building of 1931, with its own yard and tables outside, on the pedestrian street in the summer. We are located very close to the Acropolis Museum and the Temple of Zeus. Although outside the tourist area of downtown Athens, we are very close to it on foot. The menu consists of authentic Greek and Mediterranean recipes, prepared with love and creativity. --All Greek (and other) spirits served, are carefully selected!

Everything is great : food, service , atmosphere. ... Only the bill is small :-) 40€/4 people If it is full the restaurant next door is also worth.

Excellent food. A real local restaurant providing genuine Greek food for the local neighbour hood. Worth the trip in a taxi (which are cheap). The food is great and the service is brilliant. Not to be missed.

Everything we tried in this boutique restaurant was amazing. From food to service everything contributes to a great experience. The spot is a hidden gem and once you're there you feel as if you step out of the busy Athens center and into a small scenic village. I absolutely recommend this place both as an eatery as well as just... More

We were trying to locate a traditional restaurant in Athens for my birthday and came across this one in trip adviser. Did not disappoint. Food was amazing as was the service. Would highly recommend it although you need a taxi to get there from central Athens...only 10 min drive. The waiter was kind enough to book a taxi for our... More

Really liked the place. I would advice you to go for tappas of your own selection of Greek dishes. Friendly staff. Makes you really feel like a real Greek for an evening.

I ordered eggplant recommended by the waitress, grill fish of the day and feta salad. Actually I think that I would even try to cook the eggplant at home (fried both sides at first, and then bake in the oven with tomato source and cheese on top). It was tasty! The location of the restaurant is neither good nor bad,... More

We went to this great restaurant twice after reading about it on Trip Advisor. The location is amongst homes and across the street from a park which was filled with local families. The menu had plenty of choices and the food was delicious. Giorgos, who served us, spoke good English and was very friendly. He spent time talking with us about... More
