- "To Trikyklo" (tricycle) is a cafeteria- tavern- bar, located next to the park of the Lambrakis hill, at the pedestrian of Pytheou str., in a renovated two-floor stone building of 1931, with its own yard and tables outside, on the pedestrian street in the summer. We are located very close to the Acropolis Museum and the Temple of Zeus. Although outside the tourist area of downtown Athens, we are very close to it on foot. The menu consists of authentic Greek and Mediterranean recipes, prepared with love and creativity. --All Greek (and other) spirits served, are carefully selected!

Was recommended this place by a friend of mine and we were not disappointed. It's a 15 minute walk from the plaka area and is in a residential area. But well worth the effort. The place has a very homely feel to it and the welcome is warm and courteous. Off course since this is a tavern, the food was... More

I visited this place after having read the amazing reviews on trip advisor and can confirm the reviews were accurate. The service was incredible, particularly by one of the female waitress(whose name I can't remember) but ought to be commended. The food and drink were really fantastic, particularly the house wine and the seafood. The atmosphere at the place is... More

The place is far from the center but cost only 4e to get there from Syntagma square. The smoked pork was amazing and veal with red sauce was as well. The waiters are so sweet and attentive.

The place is nice, food is good but very slow service. We were guided by the good reviews. Quiet location and nice interior. Nothing special.

Its been a great place - the food was amazing that we left so full we hardly could move, I loved it. Everyone there was super friendly, talk to you ... it felt like being among friends. And for children it was great place - it was on the side little street without cars (just motos so be careful for... More

Very friendly waiters with vast variety of delicious food. Eggplant stuffed with veal and mussel rissotto were definite highlights. 10/10 would eat again in a heartbeat

The reviews for To Trikyklo were very good so we decided to try it. We chose a Meze of food and everything was very tasty and cooked to a high quality. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We went a second time with family who live in Athens but had never been before and had the same Meze but... More
