Delicious fresh food

Fresh squeezed orange juice the best I've ever had; gyro portion (pork) was great and the Greek salad had incredibly fresh tomatoes with bell pepper and cucumber and olives and feta. Watermelon was on the menu but I was too full. Very delicious tzatziki. Will be back!

The price here is more reasonable than those at the Plaka and the acropolis. We tried the aubergines, pork on the spit, sea bass, spinach with rice and pasta with cheese. The pork and sea bass were nicely cooked; lean and juicey. The aubergines were good but the eggplant was a little bitter. Pasta with cheese is literally pasta with... More

Stopped in for dinner. Terrible food and even worse service! Greek salad- unripe tomato, tasteless feta. Lamb on spit tasted like over cooked beef roast. Pita bread was fried to crisp. To top it all the owner/manager? was rude and service was ridiculously slow even though they were not busy (now we know why). Took 30mins to get the check... More

Good local cafe/restaurant. Very simple, nothing fancy, just plain, ordinary, well done local greek dishes.

I originally wanted to order meatballs but they didn't have any, strange. I settled for pork chops and my husband had moussaka. Nothing special. Both were generous portion sizes and both came with fries. Not the greatest fries but the moussaka and the pork chops were tasty. Our hotel re commended this restaurant as great local food with a cheap... More

Yesterday I had a lunch at ambrosia near the Fix metro station. The service was fast and polite. It is mainly a greek restaurant with local and regular customers. My preferred dish is the Kleftiko (spicy roster beef) and Kokoretsi. I visit it frequently with friends or alone.

Eat here last week and the food was wonderful Returned a week later ordered the same food and i had to send it back it was nothing like what I had received the week before. I found the staff did not want to know and with a shrug of their shoulders at me I moved on elsewhere to eat
