A group of 5 of us went on a Saturday night and I think it's fair to say we got more than our money's worth - very generous portions, free bread, soup, desserts and shots of Greek liqueurs! While appreciated, I'd still be giving it an excellent rating without all those extras. It was my first time in Greece and... More

Went to Oroscopo last night at 10 pm because my 4 year old wanted pizza. Walked a mile in the rain with two little kids to get here but well worth it! Home made pasta and pizza, as well as more traditional Greek dishes. Met the chef and the owners who were so nice and friendly and gave us free... More

Dined at this restaurant over two nights. Soups are fantastic. We also had Wild Mushroom Risotto and the Oroscopo Pizza. Both Delicious. Would definitely recommend.

This was our best meal during our stay in Athens. It's an unassuming little place off the major roads, and the service was a little bit slow. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the food - everything from the bread and dips to the squid tagliatelle. Our entrees were great, and we were offered complimentary water, soup, and desserts. Highly recommend for... More

Went there with a couple of friends, the waiters are super friendly and aware, the food is a mixture of greece and italian food, which is ok, but nothing special, especially in taste. It seemed to be a family restaurant, which is nice, but with a weired mix and bad music.

We had to plough through a demonstration in Syntagma Sq to reach Oroscopo - which is a long way by foot from the Plaka - but it was worth it. A modern interior, it has a pleasant feel and one immediately felt welcomed on what was a not particularly busy Sunday night. Lovely, warm bread and free (I think) bottled... More

Chose after reading Tripadvisor reviews. Little off the main tourist routes and all the better for being so (but near Hilton). Fairly busy for a Sunday night mainly with locals who seemed to be having a good time. Dirty cutlery to start did not bode well, however, after this minor hiccup we had a very pleasant evening with excellent flavoursome... More

My travelling partner and I visited this restaurant on the last night of a three week visit to Athens and the Greek Islands. The restaurant was about a 12-15 minute walk from our hotel and which we found on Trip Advisor. The reviews for this restaurant were excellent and we were not disappointed. We arrived at about 9pm and found... More

A lovely restaurant, a bit off the beaten path. Do take the Metro instead of walking from the Plaka! We really enjoyed the chicken souvlaki. The portions are so generous that we asked them to box our fruit plates to enjoy later. That bread really was irresistible. We did have a bit of room to enjoy the complimentary liqueurs. Make...
