free doesn't always mean good, but overall, this place is worth a visit. We gorged on the delicious hot freshly baked bread, dips and oils, then enjoyed a really nice little bowl of soup before the mains, which were very passable (although the lamb was a little greasy). More freebies followed, in the form of three desserts, all so which... More

Fully echo all previous comments abut excellent food and ambience. Had a first rate meal there, but sadly dissapiinted by the hassle and inordinate time it took to get and pay the bill. We asked for the bill after dessert yet it took over 30 minutes to arrive after prompts. A dissapointing end to an otherwise excellent dining experience; so... More

What wonderful value! Make sure you are very hungry when you arrive. Excellent food and service. Especially recommend the tagliatelle with sea bass. House wines excellent, staff most welcoming. Worth going back to Athens for.

Had the Moussaka - what else. Did they make a mess of it? Absolutely not. Not quite worth travelling to Athens for, but if you're there, why not.

delicious pizza, very friendly and attentive service. we were even offered soup as a starter and a fruit platter at the end of our meal on the house. prices are very reasonable, just the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt a bit outdated. we had a lovely dinner though and we will surely visit again :)

Great place for our last meal in Athens! Super attentive and friendly staff. Very generous portions (even the salads and starters seemed entree sized) made everything easy to share for our group of 6. As mentioned, the complimentary bread (warm and delicious!), soup and dessert were already a bonus to a yummy meal. Loved that they offered great filtered water... More

I have been going to Oroscopo for the past 12 years. When I used to live in Athens I would go every other week. Now I go every time I'm in Athens. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. You can sit upstairs, downstairs, or outside. Nice complementary dishes that change every now and then, but you always get the... More

Found this on Trip Advisor. It was walking distance from our hotel. Well worth the walk! Sea bass Tagliatelle was out of this world! And to top it off, they offered two wonderful desserts at the end of the meal on the house! We'll be back!

Very nice food, great price. We went here twice and ordered a main dish. To our surprise they also gave us bread, water, starter soup and dessert at no extra cost to the bill. I would recommend this restaurant to all.
