Friendly service, great view, excellent food.

The food tastes excellent, the portions are large and the service is friendly, without being overbearing. The stoa in the ancient agora is about 20 yards away, in full view, and the Pathernon is visible above it. A great place for lunch.

Our family of four enjoyed the food we ordered. We each ordered a different item and all 4 were very good. The portions were generous and the quality good. We had a table outside by the street, which can get crowded sometimes. The restaurant was also busy so there was not a lot of room to move around. The prices... More

First came here a few years ago. The host is fantastic and clearly takes pride in what is a family run business. Came here again last week on the strength of the last visited and was not disappointed- the best carbonara I have had! Free wifi and great views of the ancient agora, a lovely spot for lunch.

I stopped off here for a cup of tea on a cold day whilst sightseeing in Athens . It has a view of the Acropolis and the ancient agora and is well heated with outdoor patio heaters . The tea was excellent . It also has free wifi which works well . The staff were friendly and helpful too .it... More

I've had the souvlaki and it was very good, accompanied by a Heineken in a frosted mug! And I see many others having pizza which looked great! The place looks very warm, clean and friendly.

We visited twice this restaurant during our stay in Athens. The food was very good. The bread and tzatsiki were the best ones. I really recommend the tuna salad. The lettuce was so fresh and perfect. Only the bread in my chicken sandwich was boring (not self-made, "white hamburger bread"). I recommend to order souvlakis and other greek food if... More

We were thirsty and hungry after walking the Acropolis. It would be nice to find someplace to relax and people watch. This area looked promising with a pedestrian walkway along the railroad ditch. The first few cafes we saw were empty but this one seemed to be more occupied. After checking TA, it looked like it had better reviews too.... More

A really nice evening at a great cafe in Monasteraki. The guys were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the food fabulous, especially the crispy, crunchy, divine pizza, and the bill reasonable. Sat amongst many locals and enjoyed the lovely November evening vibe. Amongst many choices, worth a visit.
