Superb Greek Yogurt!!!

I love love love this place! Actually, to be honest, it was the first place I've ever had Greek yogurt. It was amazing! There are three types that you can choose from: light, traditional, and rich and creamy. I didn't know which one I wanted, and the owner let me try the traditional and rich and... read more

It's a very clean-looking, modern place with some of the best Greek yogurt. The flavors are amazing. Would also like to thank Lefteris, the guy at the counter. He greeted us immediately and was incredibly open and friendly. Will remember the experience for a long time.

The yogurt was superb, the best Greek yogurt I've ever had (not a surprise since it IS Greece, haha). I ordered the honey& nut (? #3 on the menu) yogurt with orange and strawberry jams. It was beyond delicious. The server, Lefteris (his name is especially easy to memorize since he explained that it means freedom in Greek) was also... More

It was the first time we tried the world class Greek yogurt in our stay in Athens and.. We loved it! In Fresko Yogurt bar you can combine it with lots of jams/dry fruit for an unlimited choice of different flavors. Amazingly good!

They sell yogurts and smoothies that are great. I tried the yogurt with honey and nuts for €3 and it was really tasty. Maybe for someones is too sweet but i loved it.

Got the honey and walnuts yogurt smoothie. It was a perfectly refreshing combination of creamy, sweet, nutty and yogurt tangy flavor after a long day walking around the Acropolis.

My daughter and I wandered past this shop and the man asked us to try a sample of yoghurt. It was so delicious but we weren't ready for anything to eat at that stage. However he very helpfully answered my questions about a drink I had noticed everyone having and my daughter tried this. It was a very strong iced... More

Yeah if you're in Greece you might as well try the yogurt and this is the place to do it. American "Greek" yogurt just doesn't cut it. This is by far the superior yogurt place and the price is average. But it's easily the best yogurt I've ever had. Wifi too!

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Plaka
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
