Lunch here while touring the wineries. This area is less frequented, or not at all, by Americans (we asked someone at the Gagliano winery if they had many American visitors the answer was a simple "NO" and then odd silence). Gagliano offered cute picnic baskets with bread, cheese and some type of meat and when we saw that we remarked,... More

We've been going there for a couple of years now, and it's the best place to eat and enjoy a wonderful "Homie" cooked meal. The Teriyaki Chicken, Bavette, Poutine etc, everything is good. Local beer and wine are also available. The entire staff members are all very polite and friendly.

Was there for a staff Christmas party. There were several choices on the table d'hote menu but because I am vegetarian they had to scramble to throw something together...even though I called ahead to make sure there was something. It's a "blah" place with "blah" food. I would have preferred Burger King!

Recommended by locals, this bistro proved to be ideal for a light healthy lunch. I had the teriyaki chicken wrap and salad and my wife the beef with Korean seasoning on a bed of rice covered in a green salad. My brown beer came from the brewery next door. Service was attentive and the courtyard setting perfect on a warm... More

Homei Bistro is worth the trip! The servers are kind and patient, and I was most impressed with the food being served in a timely manner, especially during a full house. The food arrived nice and hot and cooked just right. I recommend the inari salmon for starters. The Bavette cooked in hosein sauce was tender and juicy, and Curry... More

We were there on a Saturday afternoon with a group of ten. We had reservations and our table was ready. Oddly, we were never asked if we wanted drinks and no one ended up having anything. The waitress stood at the end of the long table and made us all call out our orders. This was despite the fact that... More

we stayed one night in Dunham and could walk to this lovely bistro for lunch. Food was delicious and local wines fun to try.

Went to Homei Bistro on the advise of the hostess of the B and B were my girl friend and I were staying. The food was Thai and the design rustic. Interesting combination but like the food, it worked. My duck wrap was divine and girl friend found the coconut rice, served on a banana leaf, just perfection. Would recommend... More
