This place is great for a light lunch. The food is tasty and well presented at a good price. The staff were friendly and efficient without being over bearing. It was quiet when I first arrived so there wasn't much atmosphere, however this was compensated by the range of wines and tinned fish to look at and buy. During my... More

Just okey I would say, nothing special at all. For the price we paid you can get much better deals in Porto. The service was nice and helpful and the food good although it was scarce on the plate. The downside of the place, however, was the bill which turned out to be about 6€ higher than listed on the... More

Great little place for an afternoon "pick me up" snack. Yes, service was a bit slow. But nothing exceedingly extraordinary. They apologized without us even complaining about it. We are glad we stopped by.

In a busy no cars street, this former grossery transformed in a tapas restaurant with great cheeses, artesanal beer and charcuterie.. The staff also helps you with the choices... Try out this trendy restaurant

Just around the corner of our apartment we found this place. Nice ladies who serviced us. The porto was delicious and the little grilled cheep's cheese as well. The atmosphere was just great.

Unfortunately this deli that boasts ecofriendly biofriendly local products of garanteed origin falls short of basic customer expectations. We ordered olivebread appetizer, and sliced ham + a toast as entree, with water. The water arrived promptly. Then after over 50 minutes we were offered a cup of olives to excuse the delay. Finally the ham arrived, but not the appetizer... More

We visited on the way back to the station after a day in porto. Almost missed the train as service was appauling, sadly the portions were also tiny so cant recommend for thèse reasons. 45 minutes for some bread and cheese!

Very pleasant little place right on the Rua Flores, stopped as we walked down from the train station. Great for a couple of glasses of good Douro wine and a few small pies, some vegetable, some chicken.

Not far from the riverfront, and Sao Bento train station (kind of in between the two - if my memory is correct), this cafe/wine bar/regional gourmet food store is a great little spot. Menu items are best shared. The grilled sheep milk cheese with oregano, honey and olive oil and breads is fantastic.
