Used to eat there some years ago when my business was very closeby. Went back last month and even better: Mr Manuel and his staff make you feel at home. Very tastefull homemade portuguese cuisine. But take care lunchtime is always very full.

Very nice place, small but very Portuguese. Nice service, home made food and not expensive, it's more quiet at night.

3 people, 3 courses of genuine Portuguese food plus wine and water, 41.50 euros. Especially recommend the chocolate mousse.

Being away from the touristic hot spot of Porto, this place is hard to stumble upon. I was taken there by a local and it turned out to be my favorite in Porto. We ended up going there again. The food and surroundings are simple but that is all you need. Good service, good food, good people :)

We were recommended to go here and it was a pleasant evening. Friendly and very fast service. I had the Duck rice which was okay. Always like to try different local dishes. My husband had a local fish called Cherne which was very nice. With wine and dessert we paid 43 euros for 4 people. Good value for money and... More

The place was recommended by a local. It was local restaurant and a lovely authentic place.I had the sardines with tomato rice. It was To die for. We went there the next night and the place was full for our disappointment. Reasonably priced as well. Please go if not you miss out.

The most genuine portuguese food. The most wellcoming people. Fish or meat are the best..you should follow the owners advice and you will never forget the meal. So cheap you will think they mistake the bill

Comfort food in a friendly atmosphere and not expensive. This place was recommended by our hotel, and we really liked it and would recommend it to others.

Sardines and salad were good but the pork leg and the house red wine were disappointing. The place was packed with locals who clearly visit regularly. This was recommended by a friend who in the past has given great recommendations, so perhaps we just got them on a bad night.

We ate for lunch just before leaving Porto, and it was a great experience ! From the outside it doesn't seem nothing special, but if you enter the restaurant you can find a home atmosphere, with the waiters taking care of you in any possible way. We had great fish and potatoes, "rissois" which are a sort of empanadas and... More
