“Pedro Lemos” is one of Oporto’s most renowned restaurants. The chef ’s originality stands in a pleasantlysurprising contrast to the typical Portuguese flavors,so as to present the clients with unique and unforgettableculinary experiences, turning each meal into an“urban safari”. Located in Foz, one of Oporto’s mostbeautiful and emblematic historical neighborhoods, therestaurant’s venue is a building deemed of architecturalsignificance. It was first inaugurated in 1964 as a Britishinspiredpub that became a place of choice of that time’selites. At Pedro Lemos you can explore different spacesand ambiances, always exquisite and comfortable. The specialty of the restaurant are the seasonal tasting menus. The wine selection is carefully sourced, the service is impeccable.

Best ever!

Cosy, sophisticated, great, tasty food. Certainly an experience for food lovers. Not cheap, but worth every euro. Service could be improved.

As you can read from my other reviews I truly value a tasty meal. This was not a place to enjoy one. The kitchen had really done hard work on the dishes but basically not one was truly amazing or over the top as you might expect in a place this highly graded or priced. We had the four course... Had lunch on Saturday. Liked the various tasting menu and wine options that gave flexibility of choice. Had the 4 course menu and thought it was great. Red prawn, grouper, beef loin and dessert. Food was at high standard and good value for top class dining. Service was excellent.

Let me be clear... The restaurant is VERY GOOD! The food is great, it's presented beautifully. The staff extremely competent and well trained. They're wine suggestions and knowledge is very good. But the thing is... it lacks more "wow". I expected a Michelin Star restaurant to make me discover new flavors, to have me taste something incredibly out of the... More

We did the 9 course tasting menu with friends while traveling. Absolutely the best service, food and wine pairings we had inProtugal. A must go if you are in Portugal. Porto is a great city to visit.

Good meal. Everything was properly cooked and tasted great. Among the best fish I've ever had. The menu is quite short despite the impressive wine list. Service is good but not outstanding.

We had a very nice evening at Pedro Lemos. The food is really top notch, service was very nice as well. Just read the other reviews on this site :-) I just wanted to add some info that I could not find in the other reviews (or on their website) concerning the prices. We were presented a menu with 8... Excellent all around. A perfect end to what had been a frustrating travel day trying to navigate the roads of Porto. Restaurant was very accommodating when we had to push our reservation back an hour due to the aforementioned 'navigational difficulties'. Had a very good sparking wine to start the evening off and then decided to go with the 5-course... More

After reading the reviews, we went for dinner not having the expectations of a one star michelin restaurant. We already hear about it and we got curious and decided to try. While deciding what to choose we started with champagne enjoying the cosiness of the spot. Our choice was the three courses menu with the company of a red "... More
