A wonderful hole in the wall!

I'd read good reviews on this restaurant and wanted to go. When we arrived at 8:00 pm, we had to wait for a table, the place was full. Once we got inside, I understood. They only have 4 tables! We had some octopus appetizers and bread. We both had a bowl of the cabbage potato soup. My husband... read more

Very good home made food very familiar place, very informal. Very fresh fish we had grilled sardines, fried cod with lots of vegetables and as starters we had local cheese and a wonderful and tasty octopus with olive oil. Get what they suggest for the day so not expect a large variety but you will be satisfied. And for an... More

I've been to Porto three times for both business and weekend getaways, and I went to A Grade each and every single time - both for lunch, and dinner. It's delicious, wholesome, home-based cooking, and you can feel the love that's being put into the food. Make sure to try their Vinho Verde. Delicious. I'd give the place six stars... More

Reservations are needed and our meal was average, nothing to rave about. The ambiance sitting outside is lackluster.

We couldn't get into ODE but they recommended trying here. It turned out to be a lucky find. The starters we were offered of octopus and cod fish cakes (don't know the proper name) were tasty. The roast kid and the veal stuffed with peas were both really delicious, and the sea bass was also very good. We were given... More

Food was good but average for our visit in porto, though we were on a budget. Pricing was average for the tourist hotspots. Recommended wine was okay but also nothing special. There are better spots to spend your bugs :/

We were served by a lovely young lady who couldn't have been more attentive. We both had cod, both of which could have been cooked a bit more and could have done with a lot less dried oregano (although that does seem to be the done thing here). Wine was lovely and very well priced.

This restaurant offers homely, typically local food, beautifully and freshly prepared, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was friendly and helpful throughout and is definitely value for money.

Great spot for local cuisine, it's small, romantic, and tasty. The owner is very attentive, making sure we had all we needed. My wife and I don't eat Gluten, and they we accommodating, prepping a fried fish dish with out the breading. It was a great spot to spend the evening together.

This is a family run restaurant providing freshly prepared food with local ingredients. The fish dishes are particularly inviting and to a high standard.
