Beautiful restaurant

This is a fantastic place to eat. I liked so much the internal design and I liked also the food. I've eaten grilled lulas, that are squid, and one of the best sobremesa (desserts) that I have ever eaten, a pudding with chestnuts with Porto's ice cream. We have also drunk a fantastic wine and we... read more

At the Pousada they recommended Geadas. It is from the same company owners. It is also located in an unexpected roadside setting for this quality restaurant. For appetizers they brought a mixed plate of prosciutto, cheese, chorizo, olives and olive oil toasted bread slices. Excellent. we ordered the partridge stewed in vinegar, chorizo and onions and served with fried potatoes,... More

Do not be put off by the somewhat uninviting exterior. Staff, service and standard of cuisine makes this restaurant well worth a visit. If the owners son is there ask him about Duoro wines, he is an expert.

The restaurant has a clean, elegant and airy room, although not very cosy, but the food with a northern Portuguese flavour is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Top quality!

I took my brother and his family here for dinner on a Friday night. The food is out of this world. For a place like my home town Bragança this is special. I happen to know the family that own the restaurant and I like what they have done to the place. I was last there is the early 1990`s.... More

Geadas it´s perfect, you can enjoy one of the best meals ever. the people are very gently and food are very well prepared ( delicious). the price you pay is fair enough for food, wine and ambiance you have there!! to give you an idea sometimes I want to Bragança only to have the opportunity to have an excellent dinner... Food was good and atmosphere a bit too formal for a family lunch during holidays. Starters and drinks are a bit overpriced so careful what you ask for. Nevertheless, worth a visit if in Bragança for a few days.

It was definitely one of the best culinary experiences I ever had, if not the best. Instead of going for a la carte (very nice menu, by the way), my familie and I went for Antonio's recommendation... a degustation menu, 6 courses with pairing wines...All dishes were absolutely amazing, the wines Devine- all recommended! All food is made from the freshest... We were directed to this restaurant from a customer at a small local cafe. We weren't expecting much and had one of the best meals ever. We live near San Francisco and this meal rivaled anything we have had there. When you consider the wonderful chef who explanied everything to us and even offered to drive us back to our... More

This is a unusual restaurant in many ways. At the arrival you almost turn the car because it looks like an ordinary bar. However the restaurant is at -1 and is a very nice place, completely unexpected. There are 2parts in the menu. Classical dishes in the first part, unusual dough subtle dishes in the second part, all made of... More
