We had really nice dinner in this restaurant. They have set menu 3 courses and paired wines for only 39 eur per person. Food was good and service was good as well.

We eat here each year and it really has made another step change - Michelin star quality & service in an atmospheric building. I can only assume that it's because they focus a lot on hotel deals / special priced options that it's been overlooked by the Michelin men, but the longer it is the better for us to be... More

Excellent restaurant. My third visit. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Would thoroughly recommend the wine pairing menu, which is amazing value. Friendly and efficient waiting staff, but service can be a little slow, when busy. One of the best restaurants in Madeira.

We had not visited this restaurant on our previous trips to Madeira, although had heard a lot about it, so we decided we must try it this time and boy were we glad we did. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff were really welcoming and the food and wine were first class. We had the concept menu and whereas other... More

This place was amazing. My partner and I booked before we arrived in Madeira as it does get very busy. The service was amazing. Second to none. The staff were the best I've ever seen. I cannot understand why this isn't ranked the best in the area. Would gladly visit time and time again, although it isn't the cheapest place... More

Dined here last night and had a fantastic birthday meal. The food was impeccable and incredible value from the menu with paired wines for €39. Started with scallops; mains was duck- which but for a slight lack of sauce was perfect; finished with the chocolate volcano! A great meal and would definitely recommend.

Popped in for lunch one day having gone to funchal for a day out. Saw this reviewed on TA and decided to try it out. There was a set lunchtime menu which we decided on, as a light lunch would be ideal. We both chose calimari with potatoes and a side salad, and a nice large glass of red house... More

My husband and I visited this restaurant during our recent holiday to Funchal. We had a fantastic meal, one with the wine pairings and one without (I am pregnant). The menu is such brilliant value and there is a wide variety of choice. The meal was very well presented and the flavour combinations were delightful. The staff were incredible friendly... More
