Good... but not awesome!

In Bairro Alto, most restaurants are touristy, even if they like locals and regulars! This is our "normal" choice, when out in a group and after doing it a few years, we know everyone and are always welcome as "part of the family". The food is good (try the "lombinhos de porco gratinados... read more

We had one of the best grilled octopus there. They have all traditional meals. Good service. It was our first dinner in Portugal because it was close to the hotel and it looked like a good place to get wine, beer and some national food. It was. It wasn ´t kind of wanna comeback visit but everything was very ok.

This is a very nice place in Bairro Alto, Lisbon. They have a wide menu, with Brazilian and Portuguese food. Reasonable prices and Diogo was very attentive during our visit there. A great option for an outdoor lunch or a nice dinner. Highly recommended.

We had dinner here last night choosing the place because of its sincere appearance. There was a line forming outside but this doesn't justify the waiter's rude behaviour and the rush in describing the menu and in all things service related. Food was ok and so was the price, but going to the toilet i was impressed by the nastiness... More

The food is good, but the absence of locals makes this a typical tourist place. A stayaway if you're looking for a more true Lisbon feel.

I have to say that I really like the food in this restaurant. Sangria is also great. It is really nice overall, especially in the summer if you get a table outside. Cons: The waiters are a bit slow.

My husband and I we staying near Bairro Alto, and the weather was a bit chilly, so we decided to eat somewhere walkable. We stumbled upon this restaurant and it looked a little less touristy than others around it. The service was wonderful. Our waiter (whom spoke more than 4 languages just while we were there!) was attentive but not... More
