I have to say that I really like the food in this restaurant. Sangria is also great. It is really nice overall, especially in the summer if you get a table outside. Cons: The waiters are a bit slow.

My husband and I we staying near Bairro Alto, and the weather was a bit chilly, so we decided to eat somewhere walkable. We stumbled upon this restaurant and it looked a little less touristy than others around it. The service was wonderful. Our waiter (whom spoke more than 4 languages just while we were there!) was attentive but not... More

We've decided to eat there because the service was very friendly. I had "bacalhau Lagareiro " and my boyfriend "francesinha". We didnt like the food. There are so many restaurants around it's hard to pick one. So I guess better try next door. ;)

Service was slow, food was awful. We waited over 30 min for food to come. The espetada lulas c/gamba was unevenly cooked, sent it back because half of a shrimp was still black, ie raw. The waiter asked if I wanted it more cooked - duh! It took 10 min for it to make it back to our table. The... More

Food was reasonably good, but the service was really poor. After being seated we waited ages without being given a menu, and had to ask for one. When it was brought over, it was rudely shoved under my nose by the waiter who was facing the other way talking to his friend. When we ordered bread, it never showed up,... More

If we had read the reviews of this place we would not have given it a look, but we didn't and I'm glad. We had looked at several places before we decided on this one due to the variety on the menu and the reasonable prices. We both had traditional dishes which were tasty and good portions. The waiter was... More

We went to this restaurant by chance. It was a terrible experience. It looked good as the place was full with people but the waiters were stressed, rude and didn't get anything right. One in our partie got cold soup (not even slightly warm) and the main courses varied in quality (bachalu best). Three meals were served but the third... More
