For our first meal in Lisbon we were recommended Clube De Jornalistas and we could not have been happier with the experience. We were greated with a glass of champagne on arrival and were led through to a secluded table. The staff were exceptionally good and explained the menu well and even let us try a number of wines as... More

Ate here the night of the 21st of November to a very well decorated restaurant. The staff make you feel welcome with a glass of bubbles. To start I had the corn and chorizo soup, which was nice but almost aereated for some reason. My main was a prawn risotto which was delicious. My dining partner had the pork neck... More

Chose this restaurant on the basis of the reviews here. It was really good overall, would probably give it a 4.5 if that was possible. Service was excellent, nice touch to be greeted with a glass of bubbly. Interesting food combinations and some ideas I hadn't come across before. The quality of the food was excellent, but what would keep... More

Off the beaten path, but well worth the brief taxi ride. We were greeted at the door with a glass of bubbles and led to a table in a well-appointed modern dining room. The chef and owner, Ivan, came to our table personally after the first courses (corn chowder and a squash soup, of the season). Recognizing a fellow wine... More

Restaurant situated in a residential area of Lisbon, despite having printed off directions still got lost, and resorted to jumping in a taxi.Arrived a little earlier then expected so thought we would go for pre drinks, but unfortunately there is literally nowhere to go,so headed for restaurant earlier than intended, had to ring doorbell to gain entry.Restaurant decor pleasant, dim lighting, cosy, but a little... An unassuming little place from the outside but one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! All the food was amazing, absolutely delicuous and impeccably presented in modern ways. The highlight of the meal was the dessert 'sweet things' - a platter of bite sized mini desserts - each incredible - from chocolate soup with popping candy to eucalyptus... More

The staff were very attentive, bringing us a glass of bubbly when we arrived. The interior is lovely, and we were in a separate room with only 2 other tables so it was great. The food was mainly of an asian theme, and I had a duck wrap which was delicious. I just wish I had saved more space to... More

the atmosphere in this restaurant is unique. Enough room between the tables so that you have a good privacy but without the feeling that you are alone. And the quality of the food is superbe. Try it by your self and you will agree with me that this restaurant is one of the best kept secrets of Lisbon.

My wife and I had a very lovely dinner in Clube de Jornalistas. Ivan proposed us spontaneously to share each others plates, so we could enjoy more tastes. We had a top beef carpaccio, an amazing foie gras, a very special 'Brazilian style risotto' with shrimps and fresh melon, and a duck wrap. Each of these plates was nicely presented... More

Decided to go there because of all the good comments on tripadvisor. Atmosphere is nice, garden as well. Restaurant is a little expensive, but decoration is not, e.g lamps reminded us of Ikea. Nothing to complain about Ikea, but higher prices are only justified when something goes beyond usual standards. The food (starter, main and sweet things) was okay, but... More
