My wife and I were at the Lisbon Ritz Hotel last January for a dinner of sushi to celebrate my birthday. In the hotel's restaurant-bar, we were excited to find the best sushi in Lisbon. The service was excellent. Sérgio and Ricardo, the waiters, treated us very well, always attentive and friendly. The sushi chef Antonio Muniz came to our... More

Delicious food, portions are not small, service is excellent, the staff cares about the guest as an individual. They have a broad wine menu, I would certainly recommend the restaurant for people who like good food and want to celebrate a special occasion!

The Varanda Restaurant in the Four Seasons Ritz serves an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice of juices, fruit/cereals and a hot or cold breakfast. My wife particularly recommends the apple juice as the best that she has tasted. The Quiche Lorraine is a wonderful complement to the usual sausage, bacon and eggs, whilst the brown bread that is... My daughter and I had lunch here during our visit to Lisbon. The staff was fabulous and the maitre'd give my daughter a tour of the kitchen. There was something for everyone - salads, steak, seafood, sushi. We look forward to our next visit.

Very good food not oily or heavy but very well cooked. Ate in the restaurant 2 nights out of 3 and in the bar for 1 night. Service is quicker in the bar and the food excellent but the restaurant is very good. Service is a little slow — food a long time in coming out of the kitchen and... More

We stayed at the Ritz for a long week-end, and ended up having lunch once, a coffee/breakfast once, and full dinner at their Veranda Restaurant. The food is very good, and the service friendly, fast, and impeccable. Just: you pay almost double what comparable food would cost in other places in Lisbon.

Food: the appetizers; the salad was fresh and organic a lot off olive oil though. The foie gras was good but over cooked (may be that was the Portuguese way, not he French) The main dish: the traditional Portuguese dish was the seafood and rice "Arroz de Marisco” ...... A must try dish, perfectly prepared. The baby goat roast is... More

What a wonderful place for dinner. I had mushroom and duck confit risotto (delicious and highly recommend); grouper marinated with citrus, pistou sauce with basil infusion and seasonal vegetables; crème brulee with raspberry sorbet and sesame crisps. Our dishes came covered. The waiters would simultaneously uncover our plates. Such service. They always made sure our water and wine glasses were... More
