Stylish dinner in a beautiful venue

Great place for a romantic dinner or special occasion. A colleague recommended this restaurant to us. It is out of the way in a back alley, but worth getting lost for. Have dinner in the dining room and weather permitting have your dessert in the courtyard. The appetizer is a price fix type with... read more

Great place for a romantic dinner or special occasion. A colleague recommended this restaurant to us. It is out of the way in a back alley, but worth getting lost for. Have dinner in the dining room and weather permitting have your dessert in the courtyard. The appetizer is a price fix type with multiple small plates. The service is... More

When you go there, you know where you are going to - this is an expensive place (75€ per PAX) - anything you get is chargeable (water) - still, food and service are good and decorum is good.

We went for my husbands birthday and the ambience and food were fabulous . So no complaints about the quality. Just to be aware a selection of starters are brought to the table unordered. It is not explained that these starters are optional until they provide a menu afterwards to order the main. In the menu it is clear that... More

We loved our experience here and would recommend a visit. The meal begins with a tasting starter menu, we had a delicious selection of seafood, meat and cheese based starters. All were freshly made and used local produce, we really enjoyed the pork suckling and seafood. For mains we both ordered fish based dishes and they were truly lovely. My... More

I visited here with a group of seven friends. All were impressed by the ambience, service and quality of the food. I had the most delicious tender lamb fillet. The selection of starters was amazing. Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy thr clams or oysters but everyone else said they were good. Something to watch out for - and not... More

We dined here one evening as a party of two. This restaurant is tucked away, and when we arrived we weren't sure just where it was. Once we stepped inside, we were quickly seated and it was explained to us that a selection of starters are brought to you and you choose your main course. Our selection included fish, pork,... More

Great Portuguese/international fusion menu, good & friendly service. We had a table outside with great setting. Highly recommended.

The location is quite magical, the restaurant is set in a 17th century convent, with amazing ceilings and furniture. The service is impeccable, whilst still providing warm portuguese hospitality. There is a set menu for starters, they bring everyone at the table a selection of modern portuguese tapas, then you can order a main. We shared the monkfish which was... More

We were a large group there for a pre-Christmas celebration. They looked after us very well and dealt with various non-meating eating demands.. We started with lots of different starters which were all delicious and it was nice to taste lots of different things. The main courses were chosen from the menu and there was something for everyone, including our... More
