"Kiss the Cook" is a unique experience. Excellent cuisine, pleasant wine, superior instruction on the art of Portuguese cooking. Our group of 25 from many countries (including US, Australia, German, South Korea and France) thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the Kiss the Cook staff. Everyone knows that things worked for are enjoyed more. This rings true for Kiss the Cook.

What better way to experience a culture than to learn to cook a dish and then share it with your friends. This is a great business model. The setting in a revitalized factory area was bright, colorful and spacious with great equipment. The menu included a delicious Alentejo stew: green and red bell peppers, shallot and garlic, potatoes cooked in... More

Participated in group Portugese cooking lesson. What a fantastic time! The staff and Chef were very accommodating (and patient). We never had an empty glass of wine! Learned delicious Portugese recipes and made new friends. Would love to recreate this experience in other countries!

Very good. We should come back to another workshop, maybe to cook something else and also to do a wine tasting!

When you try something original and it all works out you just have to let everyone know. Our family group of 6 were in Lisbon for a week and I was looking for different things to do and stumbled across Kiss The Cook (KTC). Before we reached our vacation, Sandra was so great to deal with via email and the... More

The experience was incredible! The staff was extremely accommodating. I never once had an empty wine glass. The facility was very modern and clean. The chef was very knowledgeable about the history behind each item we were cooking. I would go back in a heartbeat!
