Had the spaghetti speed lunch.......

As the title suggests, I had the spaghetti bolognese, nothing to write home about very average. Didn't appreciate people smoking around me, but a nice view.

We have been to this restaurant for lunch as many times as we have holidayed in Lisbon, eg 4 times and it has always been enjoyable. We arrived soon after noon and ordered what we always have, pizza and salad and today it was just as good as previous times. However, the amount of people who arrived after us was... More

La Rúcula is basically a restaurant with regular terracota hoven cooked pizzas. It's a slightly overpriced, but not surprising experience.

The food is nice, the prices are average for the location (read: not cheap) but the service needs to improve a lot. After asking for the bill I tired of waiting for it and needed to go to the waiter saying that I wanted to pay.

We went here during sunny New Years Day, just for desserts and coffee. Even though almost all outdoor tables were full there was no problem for not having complete lunch. Nice view, very good almond pie, friendly service.

I went to the restaurant with a group of work friends in a Friday noon and the experience started well... the location seemed ok, the service as well. But as the restaurant start to get full, the service went from bad to worse... We were 10 people, and we all asked for deserts, but only 9 came to the table...... More

Me and my family had lunch here after 3 hours spending in Oceanario. The food vas very good specially the pizza. They have a lunch menu with different options for less than 10 euro which includes the glass of wine and the dessert. So 5 of us we paid less than 50.- euros including the espresso. I can just recommend... More

just for lunch (before leaving for Holanda) we thought we would give it a try. Sat outside. We loved the Focaccia with garlic, made of pizza-dough. Also the mushrooms with garlic and oliveoil. (poor neighbour in the plane ;-)). The main course was also perfect. As was the lady that served us. She was super friendly, I saw her being... More

This restaurant offers a nice view to youngest neighbourhood in Lisbon, with an esplanade by the river, which is always nice, although it isn't something awesome. The pasta is good but not great; the same as the pizzas. However, the service is very good and the waitresses very nice.

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighborhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
