Good first night lucky find

On our first night in Lisbon, we weren't sure where to go for dinner. Walking around, we stumbled upon Moma and it was a great first night. An Italian woman and American man were finishing their dinner and we asked what they thought. They said it was great so we stayed. Very friendly service. It... read more

We have had two great meals at Moma. The staff showed us the today's meat before we ordered. The meal was delicious. We could sit inside or outside.

Between something italian and portuguese and it was perfect! White clean and modern atmosphere felt me like I am in a sophisticated place but it was also warm and friendly. After the spoiled restaurants on the main streets it was nice to find such simple and tasty place (by the help of TripAdvisor of course) We ate mixed tortilla, chicken... More

We dined here last Tuesday ,coming across it by accident although the name was familiar. The food and service was worth the money without being exceptional. Dinner (2 courses each) plus wine and water was 50 euros. Can't complain.

A small but nice restaurant in the commercial part of the city. We went for lunch. Fish was incredibly fresh bought that AM in the market. Preparation was extra flavorful extra virgin olive oil and salt, grilled over charcoal. Really fabulous. Deserts were made by the owner's wife fresh that morning. The raspberry tart with dolce de leite was unique... More

Unfortunately, while the food was good this restaurant demonstrates the worst of the tourist exploitation culture. Expensive (for the country) food and wine but they only had one bottle of the wine we ordered (meaning we had to order a more expensive second bottle) and the owner spent all his time mixing with the few local diners (clearly disdaining the... Once we found this place we ate there each night it was open. The quality of the food is excellent and well explained by the waiter - you were shown the raw fish available. The fish is very good indeed and well sourced. The meat too was excellent. Puddings were shown to you before you ordered one which helped - and... More

As another poster mentioned, this restaurant has moved around the corner to 24 Rua dos Correeiros. Very good meal of grilled fish, shellfish and meat with interesting and tasty sides. Good, attentive, service. Highly recommended

We went twice as the fish was superb. The deserts were really good too. This was the best restaurant we found in central Lisbon. Now moved to Rua dos Correeiros 22, a short walk towards the sea from their old place.

We went to this restaurants because of the great reviews on TripAdvisor. We were very excited even after we waited for 30min for a table for two. The restaurant was very very small. I took a local dish "rice with meat" 'cause I'm a rice and meatlover and my partner took the Pasta with Prawns. The rice with meat had... More
