This is a tiny little tapas restaurant so you must make a reservation. You won't be disappointed - just about every dish we tried was excellent and we re-ordered several. it is run by a hard-working husband and wife team who certainly deserve their success, and the food and wine recommendations were very good. Amongst other things we tried the... More

We had a very good time at this charming little restaurant. Food was excellent and service was so warm. You can pick up anything on the menu and you sure will appreciate it. Very reasonable prices.

Tiny place a little outside the center of Lisbon serving Tapas-style dinners. Best to make reservations in advance as the place has very limited seating and gets crowded with tourists and locals. We visited on August 1st and were positively surprised by the service and the coziness of the restaurant. On top of that the food (tapas) and wine were... More

Cantinho Lusitano is a typical Portuguese "tasca" where you have "tapas" or "petiscos" as they say in Portugal. Really good location in "Principe Real". The place is quite small and the service is very nice. We had a fantastic "farinheira", "pataniscas de bacalhau" (Small Cod cakes) and also tried the octopus. The price was fair: around 40 euros for two.

Small restaurant with just a dusin tables. Special atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Might have been a better experience If the waitress had more time for us, but as the place was packed, she barely had the time to take our orders (after a long wait). Food was allright.

Genuin Portuguese food made with love and respect. Try the goat cheese with rosemary and honey, it's delicious!!! The service is great as well. But make reservations, there is only room for 18 guests.

This is a typical Portuguese tasca, in the nicest neighborhood in town: Principe Real. The place is small and cozy, and the service very nice and caring. They only serve petiscos, the equivalent of Spanish tapas. We had a "tabua" of local salami, a fantastic farinheira (sausage with wheat and pork), the octopus of the house (a bit too salty... More

We found restaurant on TA and booked by email. A party of 6 we arrived slightly late as we had walked but were greeted by our friendly hostess who explained menu to us and brought the selection of tapas. Food was good, some of the tapas great and desserts good too. Only small concern that restaurant which seats maybe twenty... More

Very nice and charming restaurant. It is very small and open only for dinner starting 7pm. I suggest that you call them up and reserve so you don't end up waiting. The service was great and our server was very friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips on what to order and what typical Portugese dishes to go for.... More
