We booked for 2 people on a Tuesday night and when we arrived at 8.30pm they asked if we had booked. Why? Only 4 tables were occupied! We were given the 23€ starters and accepted that this was really a cover charge. The rest of the meal was also expensive but good and we hoped the restaurant would fill up... More

My partner and I were absolutely blown away from the moment we stepped out of our cab. The Staff is of a high level of attention and graciousness. It is a kind of service you will not see out there very often. The place is extremely cozy and has all those elements that make you want to go back. Amazing... More

I did lots of research and asking around about where to go for one night of Fado with dinner. We wanted something that had really good food since most places are rather more expensive than other restaurants in town. Also, you are paying for the Fado singers and musicians when you go. Nevertheless, it will be one of your more... More

Im not satisfied at all with almost everything in that place Prices were very high in compare with the low quality of food. Fish wasn't good at all in a city cost! Even that, Staff didn't let us to share our food, they were looking us in a very strange way like we were stupid. Only a remarkable thing was the... More

Nice restaurant but extremely expensive food and wine. It doesn't worth the money you pay. Fado show was ok. I went once and I won't go back again.

Enjoyed a nice evening in this typical little restaurant. Not many tables (about 20), they leave a small area in the middle of the restaurant where singers join several time during the evening to perform. Food is fine without being great and on the expensive range. We however loved the Fado, which should be your reason for going to this... More

The restaurant is not located in the tourist area so if you want go there, then it means you really want to have a real fado experience and you will. The food was good and had a decent service. you might find it expensive for the overall quality of the food and service. we were two people and payed about... More

Just returned from Portugal and spent a delightful evening at Sr.Vinho Fado restaurant in Lisbon. Small restaurant with great atmosphere, excellent food, impeccable service and wonderful fadistas, and fadisto accompanied by 2 guitars. The real fado without microphones! We heard about 15 songs during our evening, from 8:30PM to 11:30PM. The fado does not start until 9PM. The whole evening... More
