In an Art-Deco inspired building, an historic room offers the perfect space to an action without time. Because Bistro 100 Maneiras will never have an age. The food is created by Ljubomir but the inspirations are traditional - Portuguese, French, Yugoslav and from the rest of the world. A reflection of the chef's life. And it was not from Russia or France that Ljubomir imported the name "Bistro". Clean and clear, it means in Serbian. So shall be the food here as well as the space: clean and clear.

Fine Dinning, good ambiance

I recommend this fashionable restaurant for a fine dinning experience right next to Trindade Theater, in the Chiado area. It´s trendy and located in a classic renovated building. Try to book the tables on the upper floor, next to the windows. Start with a cocktail in the bar and let the barman... read more

Actually, we wanted to go to the 100 Maneiras, but booked a table here. We agreed it was a good mistake! Food was really good, wine pairings excellent (very knowledgable sommelier), we met head chef and the owner (cool guy)...In short - yes, do go there!

We thought we were going to the other 100 Maneiras but it turned out that we'd made the reservation at the less expensive, ala carte bistro. It was a nice surprise. The non smoking section is upstairs. The room is fairly plain looking. The service is excellent; the sommelier suggested a glass of Portugese bubbly with our mushroom risotto shrimp... More

Nice ambience, the personnel where very profissional and friendly. We ate the 'Torricado of cod fish' and '23 days macerated entrecôte beef with mushrooms and poached egg'. One of the best beef ever tasted, different but absolutely delicious. Not cheap but great for special occasions.

Best food and cocktails in Lisbon!!! It was not an inexpensive meal, but completely worth it. The drinks and dishes are so creative and absolutely delicious. The apple and eve drink is amazing, as was the clams, shrimp risotto, and dessert.

Great location in the Chiado. We ate upstairs in the bistro part of the restaurant. The decor was light with clean lines and the atmosphere was slightly hip. Other international diners, but also locals. Everyone's food was fantastic. The mushroom & asparagus salad in the jar was amazing, probably the best appetizer. The potato skins were also delicious -- not... More

A lot of young, friendly and attentive personnel with no attitude, nice atmosphere, tasty food (oh yes!). A diplomatic sommelier who gives you good recommendations. It's Portuguese with a twist! It's almost too effective. My spicy Portuguese cheese was absolutely delicious and the risotto with prawns and mushrooms were also good. I expected to get a somewhat lighter red wine... More

The place has a cozy and relaxed, yet upscale atmosphere. Everyone who waited on us was friendly and knowledgeable. It was one of many places in Portugal that did not try to sell us the most expensive wine on the list, but it gave us the best recommendation of any of them. We ate with a group of 8 that... More

We had the slow roasted piglet with apple gratin and it was delicious. Crispy skin and tender meat with a delicious sweet sauce and a potato gratin with just a hint of apple sweetness. A beautiful space and attentive service didn't hurt either. Finished off with a cheese foam with papaya sorbet and a chocolate mousse, both paired with port,... More
