Cool Spot! Will need to make a reservation next time

My girlfriend and I tried to drop in to the main restaurant, but unfortunately there were no tables available until late in the evening (it was a Friday - so that's understandable). We were able to drop in to the bar on the side of the restaurant for light tapas and a beer however. The Chorizo... read more

We just ordered some cheese and cold meat with bread. The bread could be better but the rest tasted excellent. The wine was pretty good. Overall a nice place to have lunch, just a drink with snacks or dinner.

A solid restaurant with very friendly staff. They service the little square so do a good trade. More casual in decor (between local and fine dining) but very good food. We had many tapas style dishes including flaming chorizo, grilled asparagus, the game croquets, anchovies, smoked chorizo and lamb shops - all very tasty. Very knowledgeable with wines, and they... the menu is varied and comprised of many of portuguese typical dishes, preferably to share. You can go for the complete meal or only for a glass of wine, mojito and a dish of cheese and cold meets. The wine list contains many excelent portuguese references, ideal to taste more of the wonderful wines produced in the country. There are... More

Recommended by nearby hotel (LX Boutique). Very quiet when we arrived and made very welcome. Wide variety of tapas which staff were ready to explain to us. Enjoyed food we had not tried before. Restaurant soon filled up with locals. An excellent first evening introduction to Lisbon.

the food is really nice, but the wine could be better. the atmosphere is quite good, but the service was a bit a mess and they confused themselves several times.

Taberna Tosca is very well located because it is very near to Lisbon's trendiest night hotspots: Bairro Alto & Cais do Sodré. The restaurant is good, not overcowded with table, which is nice, and the waiters are also very friendly. The food is normal, not surprisingly awesome, just satisfyingly good. Here you can eat a lot of traditional portuguese and... More

If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat how the Portuguese eat and have still have the greatest atmosphere possible, this is it. The food is amazing, the products they use are high quality and local, the selection of wines is insane, the staff is super nice and the atmosphere couldn't be nicer. The menu itself is... More
