Good Value for Money

We went because i saw a good review online. Don't get me wrong: it was well worth the money, but dont travel through Lisbon to get here. If you are staying close by: go there and get some good food for a reasonable rate. It obviously changed form a Restaurant only frequented by locals to a mixed... read more

Recommended by locals, we ended up three times at the Churrasco da Graça during our week in Lisbon. And local it is - right in the heart of beautiful Graça. There is plain cooking, a very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere - and the unique Doña Rosita (a regular at the restaurant, sit down and have a chat with... More

We came here at the advice of tripadvisor and we were staying close by in Alfama. We had the seabream, Iberian pork and veal steak. Only the Iberian pork was good. The seabream wasn't very fresh. The soup we had was lukewarm. I think this place is slightly overrated on tripadvisor or maybe we went on a bad night!

Delicious food, friendly service with a smile. One of the best meals I've eaten in a long long time, you simply cannot get this quality of food for this price anywhere else. The Esperdata, the chicken, the pork loin, EVERYTHING was fantastic. My friend and I climbed 15 mins of steps and slopes to eat at this place, and it... More

We went with one of our customers from Lisbon. He was raving about the Oscuro pork. The atmosphere inside was warm and friendly. The cheese and bread on the table were absolutely superb. The pork was indeed tasty and cooked to perfection. Try their version of sangria. The price was inexpensive. Give it a try, but beware of the cable... More

We visited Churrasco da Graca as per advise from one of my wifes friends, and we really were excited to try some "real" food in Lisbon, but we left a little bit disappointed. Our food was good, dont get me wrong, but our waiter spoke poorly english and mixed up several of the things we wanted(dont get me wrong, I... More

Very good prices, nice grilled steak. The interior is like a cafeteria, which is ok, but don't expect a nice restaurant style place. Value for money, and as we were hungry, the huge thin steak tasted great.

If you find yourself wandering up the hills of the Alfama district, near São Vicente de Fora or Castelo de São Jorge, check out nearby Graca district. There, you'll find, beside a tram turnaround, this tiny storefront for Churrasco da Graca -- a family-style, family-run restaurant with wonderful chicken fish and ribs...and some of the best-value wine my girlfriend and... My boyfriend and I ate here late on our first night in Lisbon. The service was fast and friendly although the atmosphere was uninspired. We had the chicken which was generous and the wine was reasonably priced. There was too much food for both of us and since we were staying in an apartment we welcomed leftovers. The only compliant...
