We visited Churrasco da Graca as per advise from one of my wifes friends, and we really were excited to try some "real" food in Lisbon, but we left a little bit disappointed. Our food was good, dont get me wrong, but our waiter spoke poorly english and mixed up several of the things we wanted(dont get me wrong, I... More

Very good prices, nice grilled steak. The interior is like a cafeteria, which is ok, but don't expect a nice restaurant style place. Value for money, and as we were hungry, the huge thin steak tasted great.

If you find yourself wandering up the hills of the Alfama district, near São Vicente de Fora or Castelo de São Jorge, check out nearby Graca district. There, you'll find, beside a tram turnaround, this tiny storefront for Churrasco da Graca -- a family-style, family-run restaurant with wonderful chicken fish and ribs...and some of the best-value wine my girlfriend and... My boyfriend and I ate here late on our first night in Lisbon. The service was fast and friendly although the atmosphere was uninspired. We had the chicken which was generous and the wine was reasonably priced. There was too much food for both of us and since we were staying in an apartment we welcomed leftovers. The only compliant... This is one of three restaurants on the same side of the Graca square opposite the No.28 tram stop. They all have things in common.........similar menus, cheap (especially when compared to the more touristy areas in town) but slightly varying prices, popular with locals and simple, unpretentious food & ambience. The local wine is unbelievable value. We rated this restaurant... More

We went to this restaurant tonight and had a really nice meal. It was two adults and two children and we all had wonderful meals. I would really recommend this restaurant as the food and service were wonderful.

Based on other traveler's reviews we decided to give this place a try. We were looking for an authentic experience and we got exactly that. Mostly locals enjoying a workday meal. The waiters made a great effort to help us navigate the menu even taking us to the kitchen to preview the choices available. Unfortunately that is where things began... More

If you want to experience authentic food the locals enjoy, this is the place! Make sure to write down the address - although on a main street, you can easily walk past it. The narrow entrance between other shops is hard to spot, save for the sign on the canopy - but once you walk past the take-away counter at... More
