If you like Portuguese this might be a relevant choice

When going to a Portuguese you need to remember two things; first don't touch the appetizers and second choose seafood, preferably prawns, mussels, clams etc. in some cases the fish is also OK, but avoid codfish. Following these rules this is also a good choice. The service is OK even though the... read more

The restaurant leaves starters on the table and if you do not these return straight away you are charged in full. We suffered an extra 30 euro charge for the 3 of us as a consequence. None of the starters were ones we would have chosen either, so pretty galling. Also had to suffer the restaurant staff bickering with each... More

What a lovely local restaurant to visit. It is so local and fresh, visited by regular Lisbonites who move quality and service. It is not expensive. The food is delightful and authentic. We had the sardines and anchovies for entree's ( OMG ), and then assorted Colina meat special for mains ( OMG x 2 ). Don't miss this gem.

Visited by a recommendation from the hotel. A typical Lisbon restaurant. Grilled fish was quite good. Plain and the way I prefer. This is a not fancy what you see is what you get but a nice glass of port by them to finish off the meal was a nice gesture. If u r looking for a straight forward place... More

We walked quite a long time to look for a restaurant in this region and found this one. It is typical Portuguese restaurant with friendly stuff and many local people come there. The food was good, the wine as well and we were recommended the "sobremesa" egg white mountain with caramel that was quite interesting. The price was reasonable. We... More

I did not read the reviews for once and went here on the recommendation of the hotel which was just a short walk from this place. We should have walked out as soon as we had seen the menu, and had our initial greeting from the waiter. The restaurant had two other customers, the tables were littered with plastic wrapped... Smoke fills the restaurant, unable to sit there to dine, have to take away food to eat at the hotel room! Concierge from Sheraton hotel recommended to try the local restaurant, we have to order the cutlery from room service, the hotel charges us the cost of cutlery. What is a joke, first day in Lisbon & Sheraton hotel!

I spent Christmas time with my mother in Lisbon and we ate at Colina the Christmas evening. The restaurant was pretty full when we arrived (20h30) but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. The menu is incredibly large with a great choice of fish and meat traditional dishes. I personally had roast-beef, served with potatoes chips... More
