A very nice place with great food!

If I had written this the same night we ate, i probably would have given it another start. However, after eating at several more restaurants, I am deducting a star. There are plenty other places that are better. In comprison, prices here were higher than other local establishments. The cheese that was set out was wrapped in cellophane and did... More

Great characters serving here and made for fun evening and best meal we had during our stay. Recommended by our hotel, we would not have found it otherwise but is just five minutes walk from San Sebastio metro. Brilliant stunning fish and cheap but good wine. Highly recommended.

I ate there from a recommendation from the hotel-usually i wouldnt go near a restaurant without checking this site but was caught for time as i had to meet friends in the city later that evening. i ordered the ham serrano as a starter and it came out on a plate covered in clingfilm like it had been prepared yesterday... Recommended by our hotel. Like others, avoid the starters. My partner tucked in and I knew it was a scam...so he paid 8 euro for a teeny slice of meat..more for cheese, more for bread...even when you start to eat them, and your paying for them, they move them away. Bit surly here. Nothing great or awful. Just felt a... More

Recommended by our hotel. Poor recommendation. Avoid the cod, very oily. Avoid the cappuccinos coagulated milk. Worst Capp ever.

We ate here on the recommendation of our hotel. As suggested in other reviews, send back the starters if you don't want them. You will be charged. I ordered the sardines in tomato sauce and they were delicious. My husband had the salmon which was also delicious though overcooked. It's generous portion was served with boiled potatoes and beans. I... More

This is one of those old restaurants in Lisbon with regular customers that go there almost every day for 40 years, wherepeople that started going with their parents now take their children or even grandchildren. In that sense, it is quite unique. It serves dishes from portuguese and international cuisine, with overall good execution, and a friendly service. If you... More

Do NOT go here for good food! We ate at some superb establishments in Lisbon and this was memorable for the rude waiters, high salt content of EVERY entree, and stale-smelling environment. Only one waiter spoke good English and our initial waiter ran off as soon as he came to our table. Over-priced and over-salted is the common theme here.... More
